The beds were comfortable. Shower essentials being provided and in the shower were nice. The room was very large, so that was a great bonus.
The room smelled of marijuana badly. The refrigerator was not cold. I also had to track down the front desk clerk in the house keeping room to get checked in. Apparently laughing and talking was more important than her job.

Lovely large room with microwave, fridge etc in separate area with sofa. Very clean and nice, safe location, away from the busy roads. Excellent free breakfast - lovely cereal.

Breakfast was good, especially the biscuits and gravy but, as noted in other reviews, there was no meat (bacon, sausage) offered. Some hash browns or potatoes would have been nice, too.
Hot tub could have been hotter. There was a used bar of soap in our bathroom when we checked in. The lady who worked the night shift at the front desk Saturday, July 8, '23, was extremely rude to my fiancé when she asked for bedding for the pull-out sofas we had in each of the king suites we booked. We didn't prepare to go to bed until late and that's when we discovered there was no bedding in either room for the pull-out sofas (we only needed bedding for one of them)) When my fiancé asked for the bedding, the front desk attendant asked, "What time did you check in?" My fiancé said 3:30 and the lady said, "And you're just now asking for bedding?" My fiancé told her essentially it wasn't her concern when we checked in or what time we chose to go to bed. The lady asked her what room we were in and for her name. The rooms were booked under my name, different last name from my fiancé. When the lady discovered the rooms weren't in my fiancé's name, she told her she didn't have to talk to her about anything at which point my fiancé, who is in the customer service industry, told her she shouldn't speak to customers that way. The front desk lady responded by being dismissive and basically saying she didn't care. After hearing this from my fiancé, I called down and did NOT chew her out like I should have; I just asked for the bedding. She was short with me on the phone but sent it up to our room right away. I figure this little review will be much more effective that confronting the lady that night. Too bad because many of the reviews rave about how friendly and helpful the staff is at this hotel which was the case with the lady who checked us in that afternoon; she was great!

rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great
pool and hot tub smelled like it had too much chlorine in the water. chlorine fumes made our eyes burn and made the water look too cloudy.

Breakfast was fabulous. Initially my room had an unpleasant oder of smoke. Sam went above and beyond to accommodate with another room. She was very helpful and kind.

One of the nicest, if not the nicest hotel in the city, w/ very reasonable rates, nice breakfast spread available, and some of the most accommodating staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering.

Amazing rate for a great clean room. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean. had a great sectional and plenty of space. Even had free internet tv with showtime app free. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I ever had. The front desk worker was also amazing and super friendly and helpful.
The pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance.

I liked the fact that I was able to share the New Year with a group of beautiful ladies (staff) that have become friends of mine! These ladies are exceptionally hard working and deserve to be recognized for the work they do daily!!
People above me were stomp dancing all the night.

weekend breakfast was fulfilling, weekday breakfast not so much.
when I checked in, the front desk said jokingly, “hopefully the room is clean!” the room was not clean. the bed wasn’t made, there was an open water bottle and it looked like someone had just left the room as the bathroom light was on. we have two small kids and were exhausted from our drive and dealing with a family emergency but trudged back downstairs to get a different room. front desk apologized, changed our room and said, “now hopefully this one’s clean! I haven’t checked it but it should be.” it was not up to standard of Marriott, I can say that. the beds were made but the carpets were very dirty, there were nails on the ground, there were what looked to be ashes and either makeup or some other substance in the sink and the bathtub had hair in it. at this point we wanted to change hotels entirely but we’re too tired and just dealt with it.
the elevator smelled constantly of urine and marijuana and the swimming pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned in ages.
Breakfast the first morning was pretty basic, oatmeal, cereal, muffins and eggs. we were nearly done eating breakfast and I was going to grab a muffin to have for the day when a few staff members came by, grabbed breakfast (including the last 4 muffins) and walked away. everyone has to eat but priority should be on paying guests.
overall very disappointed with this hotel and to have the Marriott name attached is another huge disappointment. we expect better service and better quality for what we paid.
