Food was less than expected. It had been sitting out for a while. Wasn't appetizing.
My room was open when I went to it. The locks had been left in an open position so the door would not close. I reported this to the main desk which they offered to change my room but I said I did not think that was necessary. He said he would let the housekeeping staff know.

No breakfast for us. They said we would have to pay more for breakfast. We thought breakfast was free as advertised.
