Location location location!! For the price point this was a great spot, super convenient to some great restaurants and the boardwalk (try Why Not on the beach for awesome Italian!). 3 day stay so didn’t get housekeeping in but a small broom for sand would have been awesome to have in the room. But everything you need, great water pressure, full kitchen etc.

The property is really cute and located just feet away from the beach. The suite is cute and roomy! Nice, large bathroom. This room has all the amenities needed for an extended stay— full fridge, stove top, microwave, dishes, iron/board. The room was very clean, however the cleaning products used were VERY strong—I had trouble sleeping. The ceiling fan rattled and the tv had no sound. We haven’t checked out much of the area yet, but this location seems like we can walk to some restaurants and like I said, the beach is just a block (or less) away.

Pros: Very friendly front desk, room was clean, no bugs and parking available for only $12 a day, close to beach Cons: Really old, not easy to get comfortable with no place to sit in the living area except for a day bed and the blinds don't really keep it dark if you're a late sleeper. I know it's the location but hard to believe what we paid for such an old tired room.

We arrived a few hours before check in Ann were allowed to check in early even given an upgraded room. Place was in a perfect location steps from the beach. Would highly recommend and stay there again

The location to the beach was great! The room itself was very run down, but was fine for a couple nights. I would not feel comfortable staying here if I was single. The doors were not sturdy. Hollywood Beach was nice.

This was our second trip here. We fly in a day early for cruises out of Ft. Lauderdale. Sonia and Ygli at the front desk are the nicest ladies. We drop our luggage and go for a bite to eat on the boardwalk. You may leave your luggage if rooms are not ready. Our rooms (traveling with friends) were in close proximity. I absolutely love that each room is a little different. They were clean, beds were comfortable, and shower had great water pressure. Yes, the AC unit was a little loud, but it will not prevent us from returning. There was a little sitting area outside our block of rooms, and there is a covered area with tables and chairs near the office. As we were there in January, we did not use the pool. We love the location, as once you are there, you can walk along the boardwalk or down the street to restaurants, shops, etc. We will definitely return.

Second time staying at hollywood beachside boutique and wood come back again. Bed is comfy, rooms are perfect size. Hotel provides beach chairs and towels. I found the ladies at reception very friendly. See you next time !! Location is perfect!

Excellent stay as usual. I have stayed here many times over the past 15 years. Can't beat the location and they really do a good job at keeping the units clean which is very important to me. No frills like the big chains but the place is a two minute walk to the beach and has beach towels and chairs which is a huge plus. Thanks again!

The people who work there are lovely and helpful. The area is just what i wanted. There was an issue with room/ s, however. The first was very dark (it was midday) and smelled of mold. They immediately gave me a new room, but the toilet was broken. They immediately gave me a third room, but the fan in the air conditioner made a terrible noise. I played with it for a few minutes and got it to just rattle. I stayed. The next morning, the toilet wasnt working. I don't think I'll stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Great location with many restaurants nearby. Very short walk to the beach. Friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. Gave it just a four for comfort because our mattress was a bit too soft. very clean and quite well maintained. No sign of any bugs at all, and that’s impressive for Florida.

Great location, quick ride to the cruise port. Excellent restaurant across the street and convenient market as well. Rooms were spacious, clean, with helpful staff. We already made reservations for next year. My only suggestion would be replace the current mattresses. Mattress in our room and our friends was not super comfy. Overall great stay, highly recommend.

Loved how close we were to the beach but it was very noisy all night long. We did not have enough wash cloths and the dead bolt lock did not work on the front door. The suite was part of a little cottage-looking place was was so adorable.

Property old, sticky door, pedestal sink with no place to put toiletries in the bathroom or hang up a towel. Could invest in hooks and a small table to put things. Outside noise very audible. Good location close to beach. Expensive for what you get.

The property is right in the heart of Hollywood Beach. Amazing restaurants all around you. The property itself definitely has been updated but it seems quite old. The rooms are huge so helpful for families. If you don't need fancy or a 5 star place or need space and a small kitchen for a family, this is a good option.

This property is not an 8.6. This property is old to the point that they can’t really update it anymore than it already is. Our room needed new tables, they were all tore up and the bathroom vanity was as well. Nonetheless it was very clean and steps away from the beach at a very reasonable rate so we didn’t mind the overall condition of the place. You won’t be in your room much because there is so much to do with in walking distance. The staff was very nice. I would stay here again! While you are here TikiTiki and Le Tub are places you should check out especially if you like seafood. The place next door to Le Tub has really good pizza! It’s a fun area!

Property was a little old and run down, but clean and right next to the beach. Staff was super helpful and friendly. They had chairs and towels for you to take to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked our room through Hotels.com and were given a room across from the pool and on the busy N. Ocean Blvd. Too bad hotels don't appreciate Hotels.com clients enough to give them nicer rooms. This is not the first time it happened. Other than that, the room was clean (although I have the smell of the product they use). The air conditioning was pretty noisy (but since it was not that hot we turned it off and just used the ceiling fan). The hotel is well situated, walking distance from the Broadwalk and the ocean. The hotel also lends beach chairs which is nice when you're flying. There is seating outside.

Our room, #97, was a very spacious 1 bedroom with kitchen, dining area, 2 upholstered chairs, and a daybed. The separate bedroom had a comfortable bed and clean linens. The flooring was LVP throughout . The bathroom had a good sized shower with decent water pressure. The toilet tank occasionally did not refill with water after flushing but this was easily remedied by removing the tank top and raising the refill valve arm. This is an older property but the inside of our room was nicely updated.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, check-in was easy. We liked the chairs and towels they offer for the beach. The location was great, just steps from the beach and broadwalk. The bed was comfortable. You could tell the rooms underwent repairs, and nothing was perfect, but that is understandable in this area due to the extreme weather they get. However, the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly as there was blood on the blinds and sand and hair everywhere and the noise from neighboring rooms carried through the random door behind a closet.

My suggestion is: they need a sign of some sort. No visible name. Hard to find. Nice if you’re staying for a few days. Full kitchen. Walkable to the beach.
