Amazing front desk staff. Large, clean room. Terrific location. An absolutely wonderful boutique hotel

Great location. Safe and clean. The only issue was the hot water running out the day before we left for the entire hotel. I understand these things are unavoidable but it would have been nice if we had been given the heads up as it went out way before we tried the shower. There was no sign or information at the front desk. And we were not offered a discount. That said I’d still stay here again if I needed to be in the Mitte area.

Well located, close to an excellent croissant bakery, close to public transport. Free coffee, Room cleaned daily.

The hotel was at an excellent location and in walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see (we walked to Brandenburg gate in 20 min or so). No need for a public transpo ticket if you are good on your feet. There are many restaurants and cafe's near by. The room was outfitted well with a small minibar fridge and a very big washroom. Everything was clean and the noise from the street below our window was ok. The only thing I thought was over prices was the breakfast buffet. It would have been nice if the coffee at least would be complimentary. In almost all hotels and motels in North America, coffee and tea in the morning is complimentary, and usually a continental breakfast is as well, especially at this price point. We elected to go to a bakery or cafe in the morning as that was a better price for the volume of food we eat in the mornings (for people who eat a small breakfast or just have a coffee for breakfast, this buffet is definitely not worth it - it looked super good though!!). The front dest staff was amazingly helpful so a huge thank you to the front desk staff. I would make a return to this hotel.
