The service was excellent, from the check-in to a special request that we had. The location is nice, the room was nice. However the mattress was a little to hard for our comfort. Other than that it was very nice.

The bed wasn’t comfortable and the room was hot. Ac didn’t work very well. And the bathroom didn’t have a vent in it to get the shower steam cleared out. But it was a great location, close to everything

Absolutely loved this hotel! As soon as we walked in, the smell of clean greeted us! The front desk was so polite and friendly! Our room was spacious and very clean! There was no dust in areas that typically have dust. Whomever the housekeepers are seem to be on top of their job! Loved it here!

Excellent place to stay, convenient walking distance to all restaurants, attractions etc. The hotel was very clean, although they had a full house, the breakfast area was neat, clean at all times and kept food, drinks stocked along with all condiments. Forgot to mention, room had fireplace. Definitely will stay again and recommend!!!!!

Everything was perfect my my husband's and my 3-night honeymoon. I loved the heated indoor pool, but it was cloudy, not crystal clear as it should be. The fireplace in the room was a nice idea, but had no choice of flame color, so it was set as a faint blue (like a poor mix of gas and oxygen). Also, there was no setting to turn off the heat so it would heat the room too warm to sleep comfortably. We could not use it. The thermostat was permanently heat set at 70 degrees which is pretty warm for us to sleep well also. Air conditioner was preset at 76 degrees. One must call the desk for any housekeeping needs as you didn't see a housekeeper even to add empty bags to the small wastebaskets and remove the full ones. Like I said, our stay was 3 days. The refrigerator was cold, the TV was large and clear. If you neglect to read the print, it is a smoke free property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed. One WILL receive a non negotiable fine of $250 for smoking a mere 1 cigarette, and you may be accused of smoking marijuana by someone uneducated in the fragrance of such a smoke. No empathy. No excuses, no exceptions. Totally obnoxious.

Check in was a breeze, every front desk staff was AMAZING!!! Breakfast was good something different every day, not wow but was good and had options. Hotel was clean, had fresh towels daily upon request. On two different occasions I asked to have my room aired out because my son socks had a horrible smell and also the carpet made the room smell and feel moist which was getting us a bit sick. They aired it out with a machine both times no questions asked and immediately. Front desk was so good and the house keeping ladies were also great when I needed something.

The hotel is ideally situated close to the town. We had no problems parking and we found the staff at the hotel to be friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and quiet with coffee-making facilities and a good choice of television channels. There was a good choice of options at breakfast. The only two minor complaints we had were the breakfast room was quite small for the number of guests and there was no shower gel provided in the bathroom. However we had a great stay here and would definitely stay again if we ever return.

The room was very clean, but smelled bad. The fireplace was only a little blue flame maybe an inch tall. Jetted tub did even make the water surface bubble. Hotel just seemed worn out and tired. Front desk did not care, as I had booked through hotels. com.

It was a nice hotel. I don't remember when it was built, but it is fairly new. So not a lot of wear and tear on it yet. They do allow pets for a $75 fee for 2 night. It goes up after that but not sure of exact details. The breakfast was great!! Definitely one of the better breakfast spots for sure. Hot bar which is actually decent eggs, good biscuits, sausage, gravy. Then a oatmeal 'bar' & waffles with lots of toppings bar. Box and cup cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt & a great bread and muffin selection. Well worth more than the $75 a night we paid this week, but I wouldn't go for the $399 they were asking last week.

The accommodations were average. Not the cleanest, not the worst. We had a problem with the fireplace functioning properly once we got into the room - supposedly air trapped in the line. It remedied with the third try after waiting a while for an employees to come check it out. It doesn't put out much heat, though, at all. It's more for the atmosphere/ambiance I guess, which was a little disappointing. I was hoping for a little more warmth from the fire. As for the service, the employees were not the friendliest at all. I don't know if the employee I received a text from was local or a corporate employee. I did receive a text, though, asking if everything was OK. Other than the room and service, the breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, yet, very limited in healthy choices. I had to settle for the omelet egg "product" - as the box they had lying around stated. It was meh, but "free," like most hotel breakfasts. I'd stay here again if I had to, but I would probably try to find other accommodations first.

It was really good!!! We enjoyed our stay!!! The only thing was at breakfast time: not enough tables. Could use a 3rd waffle iron to help with the wait. But honestly our stay was really good!!!

The service was the only good thing about the hotel. Mildew and mold were in the shower. The room smelled musty and horrible. Kinda put a bad look on the Hilton brand considering we only stay Hilton hotels. Location was good to what we wanted but the room was the big disappointment. Breakfast was just ok we decided to go out instead as to not force ourselves to eat something that wasn’t appetizing.

Checked in on Friday afternoon…sounded amazing! Got up to the room it wasn’t clean. We were told they would clean every other day…Not True! On Sunday evening I called the front desk and was told we were out of luck that I could walk down and get towels if necessary. Worst experience ever!! Never again and will be asking for a momentary credit for doing housekeepings job!!!

We always enjoy the property. It’s aesthetically pleasing. What I haven’t liked the last two times was the mattress on my bed. It seemed to have a dip in it on the side. I had to sleep more toward the middle of the bed.

Over priced. Coffee area lights out after breakfast I thought you could get all day ? Breakfast closed at 10:30 on weekends we were eating and they just closed the doors no last call or letting us know ? About 10 people still eating. Ok to close but announce you are heiress’s to close couldn’t even get juice . Fireplace outside not on just nothing downstairs to relax and enjoy. Most lobby areas in this town have common areas with drink areas. Rooms were clean and spacious , bed comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very nice, the beds were actually comfortable. I loved how the rooms had thermostats so the unit wasnt running constantly to keep room at the right temp. I also enjoyed habig the option for house cleaning or getting our own towels if needed. We will definitely be staying again
