A very unique experience

I liked the pool and the location was just amazing from my room I could I watch the Ferris wheel for hours such a great location

Staff wasn’t the nicest and my rooms drawer was rotted could have cleaned a little better

Not happy!

The location was OK. Close to a lot of entertainment. Other than that there was nothing good about the place.

Room was outdated, dirty and the bed was not comfortable. The couch looked like they got it out of the trash. The upstairs bath leaked dirty water into the shower in our room. I would not stay here again.

The room was filthy and in very bad shape. The hotel wasn't fit to be open.

The drive there was amazing. When arriving and going to our room, the elevator was scary. It shook so bad the lady on with us pushed our kids off then we all jumped off before the door closed, feeling like it was going to fall.

The hotel needed updated and our room was horrible. You should not allow this hotel to be on Booking.com. It makes you look read bad. Stove didn't work, handles on cabinets and dressers were gone, under kitchen sink was horrifying (old smashed Dr. Pepper Cans, bottles of chemicals that had corroded over and out of bottles, mouse poop, and broken boards), pressure in shower was one stream, and the floors were extremely dirty, phone in room had no cord. Beds were comfortable though. The elevator was scary so we, with 5 children took the 8 flight of stairs most of the time.

Horrid. Pay the extra $30 for the Hilton down the way.

Room was apparently under renovation and managers said he didn't have to disclose that to us before booking and was unfinished, has popcorn asbestos ceiling, 2 jets in a "new" hot tub didn't work, outlets were sunken in, heater didn't work and was damaged, no mirror or light in hall sink area, dirt and debris all over room, filthy bedspreads, no breakfast, rickety elevator, dim lighting, small pool, very unhelpful management who laughed at our concerns and asking for a refund he said "you're funny. ".

Disgusting rooms and misleading online photos

The receptionist at the desk was not friendly, acted like I was inconveniencing her just being there. There were broken appliance sitting outside, construction materials scattered and trash all over the parking lot. No effort at all is shown to tidy anything up. The room smelled and the air filters were black and dirty. My son took a shower once we got in the room and within a few minutes of being out had the bottom of his feet covered in black filth from the floors in the room. The room phone was inoperable, we found dirt, trash and even a shirt left by the previous guests. The pool water was cloudy and questionable. We were so disgusted that we checked out shortly after discovering our son’s feet covered in dirt from the room floors. The same receptionist did not apologize and did not act surprised and offered nothing other than the fact she couldn’t give a refund.

Two star hotel stay

Very nice view of the mountains from the balcony. Close to the Island, but far to walk to it. Three king beds were nice

There was no shampoo in the room, only two bars of soap. There is NO breakfast, only coffee. The beds were harder than I am used to. The ceiling lighting was harsh flourescent.

NOTHING WE DIDN'T STAY IT WAS DISGUSTING. THERE WAS MISSING LIGHT FIXTURES, DIRTY LINENS, TRASH BAGS PILED IN THE HALLWAYS OUTSIDE TRASH RECEPTACLES AND IN THE PARKING LOT. THIS PROPERTY SHOULDN'T EVEN BE OPEN FOR RENTING ROOMS.

We left early due to disappointment with the dirty motel.

There is slow construction going on and the parking is terrible. Have to park " across the street" while 3 construction dumpers take up 4 parking spots. There is construction debree all over blocking the way. Needs a good painting everywhere!

We had a very relaxing , enjoyable stay and spent a lot of time in our room , since it was cold out.

Very convenient location ! Our room was clean ,The bed was comfortable as was the couch and chairs .Our king room was well worth the price .The afternoon office young lady was SO sweet and helpful as was the young man on days. I've stayed here several times and will continue to . Parking was convenient . My husband said he wants to ask for the same room next time ,

Ok but on checking in was terrible to a tired person ready for rest

Upon check in,were not give the room we had reserved and for that room it was a additional $169. Extra, to have a balcony and reservation said it was included,then give us a room that had been already taken so had to carry luggage back down to office a 3rd time, then finally got the room after additional cost and all kinds of confusion, then at night lots of weird activity and people walking all around the location.. But made do. Sorry but what I did like was convenient location.

Previous explained, ah and pool was dirty and was not balanced ph wise which was main reason to stay was for the indoor pool.

Never again will we stay here.

Location was great. Sadly, that's the ONLY thing that was.

Room was NOT clean. The couch was so nasty we refused to sit on it. Swimming pool was open when we checked in. 10 mins later they had a sign up it was closed. Floors in room were extremely sticky. Very very poorly run establishment. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Won’t be back

The only thing that was good was the location near the Island.

Mold throughout rooms, couch was full of mold and bed was broken and was unusable. The smell was disgusting and I had to light a candle the whole time.

Close to island but only if you like a 4:30 AM wake up.

Location was great. Close to everything.

We were on the first floor and every morning at 4:30 AM the trash company came and picked up the huge metal dumpster and slamming it back down—waking us up each night. The exterior door handle was broken. Thin walls.

If you can afford to stay anywhere else, I would advise it.

Room was a disaster. The tv remote in the front room did not work, so couldn't watch that tv. The light in the area where the sink was, was hanging down, didn't work. One of the lights besides the bed was completely gone, but the holes were still there. The couch in the front room looked like it was from the 1960's and was nasty. The room smelled like someone has smoked a pack of cigarettes in it, even though there are No Smoking signs posted everywhere.

TERRIBLE. I WOULD HAVE RATHER SLEPT IN THE STREETS.

NOT 1 SINGLE THING ABOUT THIS PLACE. VIEWS WERE PRETTY, THATS ABOUT IT THOUGH. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SPEND A LITTLE BIT MORE FOR A MUCH BETTER EXPIERENCE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

IT WAS DIRTY, ASKED THEM TO CLEAN ONE DAY AND WE CAME BACK THAT NIGHT, FLOORS IN ONE BEDROOM WERE SOAKED, OTHER ROOMS WERE NOT EVEN MOPPED, SMELLED HORRIBLY OF MILDEW, NOTHING WAS CLEANED, ONLY OUR BEDS MADE AND WE FOUND BLUNTS BEHIND THE LIVING ROOM TV, SOME OTHER GUESTS DIRTY SOCKS BEHIND THE BEDROOM DOOR, HOLES IN THE WALL, HAD ANTS IN THE LIVING ROOM AND A SPIDER, A BUG IN THE BEDROOM AND WE WERE ON THE 6TH FLOOR. THERE WAS SO MUCH MOISTURE IN THE ENTIRE PLACE EVERYTHING FELT WET, MY 8 YR OLD SON AND MY MOM HAD TO SLEEP ON TOP OF THEIR COMFORTER BECAUSE THEIR SHEETS WERE SO WET. IT WAS DISGUSTING AND DEF NOT WORTH $860.00. THE POOL ALSO LOOKED DIRTY TO ME. THERE WAS OLD FURNITURE OUTSIDE OUR DOOR AND IT LOOKED LIKE THIS SO CALLED SUITE WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND IN NO SHAPE TO BE RENTED OUT, YET THEY STILL DID AND WAY OVER CHARGED FOR THIS. THERE WERE HARDLY ANY PLUGS IN THE PLACE EITHER. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE PRESIDENTAL SUITE, IT WAS FAR FROM IT. YOU WALKED OUT OF THE PLACE FEELING DIRTY. A LOT OF THE PHOTOS I POSTED WERE AFTER IT WAS CLEANED. YOU TELL ME IF THAT LOOKS CLEAN TO YOU? PLEASE, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!!

Location was great. The Ac is room worked great

The pool was very cloudy. The rooms were not completed from renovations. The mattress has stains on sides and the refrigerator /freezer was frosted up completely. It appears the window was replaced with a wrong size leaving a gap to hear outside noise - traffic

It was a good place to stay for booking last minute , in a area that was easy to walk to attractions for the kids. The bathroom was great looks like it was updated with me shower and toilet. They were on the middle of remodeling so there were no dressers just laptop desks as dressers. Which worked out for us.

When checking in the ladt at the desk was not really pleasant. She had a little bit of an attitude. When the night shift person was on duty he was much friendlier. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they didn't have any till the next morning (we did get extra pool towels to use for bath towels). The floors were kind of sticky made you feet and socks turn black, there was dirt and screws on the floor where the desk was, dust on the sprinkler system. Parking was limited.
