Bed was comfy! The hotel is dated and needs a complete remodel. Funny how the lobbies always look nice which it was. Do not expect that in your room. I told the maid to clean my room and she didn’t. So not so grand after all.

Mediocre continental breakfast at best, they charge you $10.00 a person. Hotel had a face lift after it was closed for a while. Rooms seem to be the same. Not impressed!

Staff was very friendly, but they have no elevator. Had to lug all my luggage up a couple flights of stairs. Lobby is beautiful but the rooms are very out of date. Bathrooms were not ideal.

The only way to get your door for poolside is to go out by the pool and unlock your door. They lock you in at 9 pm and no one can be out by the pool!

The hotel lobby looked great but the rooms were very dated. It had a smell of sewage throughout the hotel. I booked a suite and all it had was a bed and a tv .

I requested a late check out as I was working night. Hotel was very good and I checked out at 2:30.

The hotel was as expected, but advertised breakfast included in the rate. In the morning they would not offer the free breakfast as advertised. The front staff staff was not interested in soving this issue even after we showed them the booking and the breakfast included portion. The hotel is as advertised, but if you want breakfast included in your rate, stay somewhere else.

The television remote didnt work so there was no volume control and no coffee.

The pics are deceiving! Lobby and tavern are very nice, pool area is also nice (but closes early at 9) rest of the hotel is very outdated. There was a horrible noise coming from the mechanical room. They offer no breakfast and also do not have any toiletries to offer if anything is forgotten. Was also uncomfortable for me being a mom traveling with 3 kids. Every time we went outside there were people sitting in cars, just hanging out or smoking

The room was nice enough. The only complaint I have is that the heat turned itself up in the middle of the night. It went from 70 to 78 both nights we stayed there. I am looking forward to the room updates that are coming next year.

Lobby has been updated, but rooms still need to be updated. The bathrooms were visibly worn. We didn’t have a single trash receptacle in our room.

The pool closed at 9 pm and wasn’t written anywhere for a notice and the security guard was rude about it. They said pool
Opened at 9 am and nothing was turned on or ready couldn’t get into the pool only through maids door. Very inconvenient especially when we came from out of town to use the pool solely for our trip. Couldn’t use the poolside door access as well.

Great friendly staff. If I had anything neg to sqy and it something petty. We didn’t have a remote in the room and ask the front desk several times for one and never received one.

We stayed with our one year d baby and it was amazing? Quiet and easy to get to our room from our parking spot and our 7 year old LOVED the pool and water slide. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on at a hotel and the room was perfect. The location was extremely convenient. We will absolutely be returning next time we visit family in Williston.

No vending machines, i called the front desk twice and walked down to the front desk to get a remote for the TV that i never received, The door didn't shut i had to slide the card into the latch to get it to shut. The breakfast was $28 per person

Terrible check in attendant. Dirty toilet and horrible bed! Loved the pool and the bar/restaurant looked nice. More expensive for the city considering no continental breakfast. The front desk girl is not cut out for customer service

Its a great place. The service at the tavern wasnt great sat there 30 minutes before i got waited on and a customer told the waitress that i had been there for quite awhile

A/c didn't work, no hot tub as advertised, pictures are old online, room card didnt work after 45 min, door knob broke on bathroom, pool closes at 9, house keepin didnt refresh towels or garbages during multinnight stay. Felt like box spring was broke or stand was broke, they dont have kid channels on tv. People hav partys in pool area and take all the chairs and tables even if you are using them. Very rude i paid to stay there. If hotel does partys they should provide extra chairs and tables

It was very nice. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had to change rooms because there was a loud party going on in the large Event room. They were very happy to find us a new room away from the party. We mainly stayed there for the nice pool area with a big water slide! The kids loved it!

I had a wonderful 2 night stay. Michael was beyond excellent! Everyone we encountered was kind and friendly. The bed was comfortable and close to the places we needed to be. Restaurant food was good. I highly recommend. I will stay here again!

The first night we go there, the room's heat would not work and it was very cold in the room. Called front desk and they put us in another room. Security needs to monitor the halls and notify parents of children unattended. Should not let children in the bar while parents are drinking.

Had our Associations annual mtg here. Staff was accessible and accommodating. Meals were excellent. Room were quiet and comfortable. The on-site lounge was nice for evenings and Lucky, the bartender, was one of the best I’ve seen at her craft. Customer Service was top notch. Would book here again.

Although this is definitely an older property, it is well maintained and super clean. The bed was comfortable, bar service was fast and highly recommend the nachos.

The faucet in the tub leaked the entire night. The bar/lounge was over run with people from a wedding ( where apparently they were not serving liquor). Thus the ONE poor girl left to help us all ran her ass off and probably got crappy tips because she couldn’t do all that by herself. Felt bad for her.
