The lady that took care of the breakfast area was wonderful. The dining area was spotless and she was welcoming and friendly!!!

No hot tub..out of service over a year.

Hotel was one of the cleanest I've ever been in. Friendly staff.

The fact the hot tub has been out of service for OVER a YEAR and there was no mention of it. No response from hotel on this thru the site. This was the ONLY downfall of this hotel.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and made our stay one of the best.

Breakfast was very good tasting and everything was clean. Staff very friendly and checked to see if we were doing good.

Was disappointed in the mattress made for an uncomfortable night.

It served its purpose.

The property was nice!

the elevators were a little sketchy and didn’t always want to work. the hot tub was out of order but still had water sitting, with a piece of paper and clear tape disclosing it was out of order. which was less than ideal. I think it should have been disclosed when booking that the hot tub wasn’t working but not a make or break either. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The hot tub is out of order. I think that should be included on the web site since that is one of the big reasons why I chose this hotel. I will make sure that it is up and running before I stay there again. After 3 sets of rooms cards not working, the desk personnel's card not working in the door they moved us to a different room.

A great room super close to where I needed to perform a function people with friendly other than the hostess upfront I checked me in what a butterface

Soon as I walked in I could tell if he had an attitude I got was can make her do some work no greeting immediately asked my name and then asked for my driver's license and credit card started to charge my credit card for something she called incidental or damages when I asked more about the charge she gave me attitude again finally I couldn't stand to look at her face one more minute what a hideous looking woman I said fine I don't care just charge it very unhappy with her service but the hotel is great

Ok hotel but RUDE staff

Out of 3 hotels I stayed in for this trip, this one was the better one.

Asked for towels and room to be cleaned, I turned in the card the receptionist told me to and didn't get new towels or room cleaned. When I checked out, the receptionist was rude. She didn't say Hi, Thanks or anything...it was as if I was bothering her. Get a different job then.....for that reason I'm not too happy with this hotel.

Awesome place for singles or families.

Excellent room, super comfy beds, clean modern property. It was New Years eve so we requested a top floor room so we could look out the windows and see the neighborhood fireworks going off. They made it happen with no issue and no upcharge.

Something to open bottlecaps would have been nice.
