At breakfast the seasoned scrambled eggs were among the best I've tasted.
The room was very spacious (equipped for an extended stay, although we booked for just one night) and hotel was close to a strip mall with several restaurants so that we could walk to dinner.
I might have sought a cheaper place without extended-stay facilities had I noticed this about MainStay in time.
I had to ask for ice at the desk as there was no machine nearby.

Location and nice staff.
Security lock didn’t work; I was told wrong locks had been sent.
There was a paper towel or something over the smoke detector. Staff said housekeeping would attend to it.

Staff was friendly.
Room was very dirty. Floors were filthy, bedding area was dirty. Walls were dirty. Entry door….etc.
