Hotel had very poor communication for late self check in. Had to roll luggages from one building to another to access your room. After service services were poor and unhelpful. Short comings of self check in. Would not recommend this hotel for late arrivals.

We stayed in a two bed townhouse, and I would just describe it as distinctly average. It had a feel of student accommodation, and in addition to that it felt like investment was needed for upkeep. For instance we had a decking area to the main bedroom but it looked tired, worn down and not cared for. The bistro style table was all rusted out and the (only) chair looked lonely amongst the weeds. The paving area to the courtyard could do with either a pressure wash or some kind of landscaping to make it look less tired. Location wise it’s well positioned for getting to main points and around the city. Staff were great when considering the few interactions we had with them. We were expecting a room refresh but we didn’t get one. We did get more coffee capsules on request. I think if location was your main factor and you’re not so fussed on the quality of the room itself then go for it. When considering the price - which wasn’t far off two hotel rooms - we were generally disappointed.

A great place to stay when visiting Wellington. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The apartment has secure parking facilities and is furnished to a very high standard with everything you would require for a short stay.

Boulcott Suites were absolutely fabulous and clean. The welcoming was extraordinary with wine and chocolate. We arrived just before they closed the reception, but everything was ready for us, the parking ticket and the keys. The room had it all, hair dryer, iron, wasching mascine, washing powder, coffee, tea, comfortable beds, extra pillows. The location was perfect just a quarter from the shopping street and center.

This is a great place. Staff were friendly and property was spotlessly clean. The biggest downside was the townhouse we stayed in did not have air conditioning installed yet and it was very very hot. Would have been five stars otherwise

Location was great! The room was a bit run down. Tap in the kitchen was loose, the light shade was missing from the bathroom mirror light and there was mould in the shower.

Very luxurious townhome like suites with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms. Excellent locally sourced hand and body gels. Nice kitchen with toaster, fridge, microwave, cooking range, dishwasher and cutlery.

This was a really nice place to stay in Wellington. It was a little confusing to find our room at first (there are 2 buildings], but the room itself was very comfortable, with nice amenities, including a full kitchen, comfortable living area, and washer-dryer. It's in a very walkable location, and easy to get on and off the highway for trips out of town.

We stayed here over Christmas so got your days. The apartment was large and clean. We had a full kitchen which was good but no oven trays or dishes so had to go and buy some. The apartment was quiet. Our only view was the church next door which was a bit dull. Parking was excellent.

The property was well located and an easy walk to city highlights, shopping, and dining. Nice to have secured parking for the car. Customer service and communication was great. Unit looked worn but it was clean. Bedrooms were small but it was nice to have a large living area.

Our room was in the next building where the elevator is. It is connected by a door which is accessed by key card after hours. On our last night, we told frint desk we need to leave at 3am to get to airport. They said no problem, they can always to contacted since front desk is nit attended after hours. Well, at 3am, we tried to get into tge other building to access the elevator to get to the lobby but both our key cards didn't work. We called customer service and took awhile to get someobe to answer. They said they will call security. Security told them no key needed. We had to explain again how a key card is needed. After convincing them, the security guy came and looked pissed off that we made him come to let us in the building to get out. He didn't even apologize for the keys not working. Also every time we can zero for frint desk, nobody ever answer. We had to make the lobg walk to reception to ask them anythjng.

Great location in the CBD area walking distance to many food places. In the 2 bedroom suites were lovely but you can hear your neighbours stomping around but I was so tired I slept very well on the comfortable soft beds. Thank you Boulcott Suites 👍

We recently stayed 6 days at Boulcott Suites. The property is centrally located in Wellington. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Everything about this property is very good. The only negative is that if you stay for less than 7 days they will not service your unit. I’m ok with not cleaning or changing towels but they don’t replenish any supplies or remove the garbage either. I’m not sure if this is mentioned in the hotel description but I feel that it should be.

Great place t stay. Friendly efficient staff, good parking, very clean and well set up rooms. Event Centre downstairs if you need it and charge back around town. Handy to all the food places. Great prices and free chocolate and wine for me. What's not to like. This must be one of the cleanest and better priced apartments around. Highly recommend
