We have a great Experienced in staying here at Motel 6,all of them are very accomodating.They gave us a good service,especially Meetali.She always assist us what our needs and making sure everything ia alright with us.She is friendly and has a beautiful energy. Krystal

-We had a terrible experience! I had booked two rooms for a family vacation, when we arrived to check in they could only find one room reservation and so we all crowded into one room. -Tried to go swimming in the evening and chlorine was so strong we couldn't sit in the pool area for more than 30 minutes, we all had sore eyes (even those of us who didn't swim but just sat in there watching) and our six year old coughed uncontrollably for an hour after swimming - Towels in the pool area were threadbare with holes/rips and thin - THIS IS THE WORST PART: At 10 30 p.m. after we had gone to sleep (and our six year old was sleeping soundly) the front desk called to say they had found our reservation for the second room and we'd be charged for it regardless, so half of us went upstairs to the second room, only to find that there was just a space heater and improper bedding, cheap/thin brown blankets and not the same white quilts as in our original room, we called down for warmer bedding and were told it wasn't available; the room was freezing with a layer of frost on the toilet seat; brown and red stains all over one of the beds and red stains in the bathroom sink; spoke with management next morning and explained the entire situation and was told they can only ever offer a 10% discount, which was only 15 dollars for that second room. -No advertisement on their website that the upper floors only have space heaters and no proper bedding; - Am telling EVERYONE not to stay here

The parking lot was full of snow, nothing shoveled at all. The rooms are heated with a portable heater so it was extremely hot, when we got in. Turn the shower on and brown water came out. The bed was very soft. Only a thin sheet for a blanket. You get what you pay for

Room was clean and staff pleasant. However, you could hear other guests partying, there are no bath sized towels (only hand towels) and the heat didn't work properly. Overall, decent value for what you pay for.

We’ve stayed at this location (easily) 15 times in the last four years and there’s a reason we keep coming back: affordable accommodations that are close to everything and a pool for the kids. This stay, however, was lousy, because it was SO COLD in the pool and the enclosed area it is housed in that it was like having an ice bath! We couldn’t even swim. Crank the heat in the enclosed area and make it so your customers can actually enjoy one of the main reasons they choose your location.

Price was fair, easy accomodation, staff at the front desk was very professional and courteous. Every part of the motel I had travelled through was very clean looking. Overall, I enjoyed my one night stay at this location.

Everything went well but when swimming it seemed as tho no one keeps up the pool. Many large clumps of hair and PH was way off. No chlorine or salts detected in the water. I am not sure how I got welts on my face but it was either bacteria from the pool or bugs somewhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful

The hotel and room were perfectly clean and a nice size. Unfortunately there was no heat in the room and I got the impression the whole floor had no heat as we weren’t the only ones with no heat. As soon as we got off the elevator it was freezing. The guy at the front desk did everything he could ( brought extra blankets and a heater) and apologized profusely. Unfortunately we didn’t use the pool as it would have been too cold coming back to an ingested room.

This property provides basic accommodation. The decor in the room was tired and stained. The television did not work initially and required a service visit to the room. Once it was working the reception was very poor.

We stayed here on our way to a University visit in Windsor and as soon as we stepped into the room, it was terrible. There was a musty smell, thankfully the window opened but there was no screen and no "crank" to pull the window closed. When we went to close it we had to put our hand out and pull it back in and try to hold it closed and lock it. We went to the pool and the water was FREEZING. The WHOLE reason we stayed here was for the pool. Then the room - the carpet didn't meet the wall, the bottom sheet on the one bed had a large dark spot on it (like from oil or something) and it just wasn't clean at all. Then in the middle of the night - I guess there is a strip club next door and there were people YELLING outside of the motel and we did not get a good sleep

Decent hotel for the price, nothing fancy they but did have coffee in the lobby in the morning so that was nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was basic and clean. I would stay here again and recommend.

Happy to find hotel that allows dogs at no extra charge (I booked through hotels.com and it said pets are free.) However at checking in the guy indicated that they usually charge for pets but didn’t add any charges to my bill. So I’m not sure if they do or do not charge after all. The room was good for the price, however the thermostat was broken and a space heater was provided. There was only a flat sheet and a thin blanket to cover. Overall I’m happy with the price taking into consideration how hard it is to find a place that allows dogs. But I don’t think there should be carpets in the rooms for hygienic purposes. I will stay again when I’ll travel with my dogs.

The property was not only dirty, but mouldy, run down and the common areas were filled with scent boosters and air fresheners. Our party booked 2 rooms in total and both were to our dissatisfaction. The room seemed to only have fresh sheets. The bathroom, sink and shower need some serious cleaning. The bathtub did not drain properly and filled up while showering. The patrons next to us were smoking many substances and the scent travelled into our room and drowned out the smell of mould and urine that are embedded in the torn and stained carpeting. When I spoke to the person at the front desk they said they would contact the room but, they did not. We stayed here for 1 night, and a total of 10 hours, and that was enough to know we would not return. The price seemed great for a clean room with no additional amenities, however, this property seems to house many long term guests with no overall maintenance to the building, or rooms. There are cockroaches and earwigs, that were spotted in both of the rooms our party had booked. One was found on the bed in the middle of the night. There was garbage in the halls, cats roaming around and used kitty litter boxes in the hall on the 4th floor. Overall, it was not a great experience, and quite frankly it was quite disgusting. We will not be booking with this chain in the future. I fear for the patrons who book this motel and stay here for longer durations of time, as the mould exposure and filth may impact their health.

It was conveniently located and close to all shopping area and Mall. Floor was carpeted recently, i guess and looks clean and good. Room had everything i needed and for the price, it was all good.

I was terribly disappointed. I reserved a room with king bed 8 mos ago and when I checked in I got two queens because they said they didn't have any more kings. A filthy rag was left on the bathroom counter, there were no large towels, the bathroom was dirty, the room wasn't cleaned or garbage emptied the next day, the halls and elevator veere dirty, rugs were stained, paint was peeling, the handle was broken off the side entrance and homeless were sleeping on the sidewalk by our car. In short, the place was a dump and we or our travelling friends will not use Motel 6 again.
