The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the tram station. The staff were super friendly and spoke great English. The room (607) was spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was amazing and included cooked items, cold meats and cheeses, lots of different breads, pastries, fruit, cakes, cereals and yogurts.
The room (607) was tired and dated and had grubby walls and dirty carpets. The room was very small as well. The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable

I've stayed here several times before and love the hotel and the location
I was sharing the room with a friend and it was Soo small and so was the bathroom.

Good clean property although a little worn in places.
Bed was very comfortable
The shower is in the bathtub which is very slippery. Would have preferred a stand alone shower.

Location
The cheaper rooms (economy doubles) are tiny and quite dark & claustrophobic. Having to get 2 lifts to the rooms is a bit of a pain.
