Excellent check-in experience and great staff. Had a slight issue with the room initially - but the staff recognized it immediately and rectified it. Great customer service. Hotel room was spacious (806) and very clean. Comfortable bed. Bath robe and slippers available along with some essentials (if you forgot hairbrush, toothbrush etc.). Iron and ironing board in the room. Temperature outside was in the mid-30´s - but A/C in the room worked perfectly. I travel frequently for work - and would stay in this hotel again. METRO right outside also with a nice cafeteria/restaurante called Santito about 3 minutes walk away.
Nothing to comment on. I did not have breakfast or food in the hotel.
