We got a free upgrade (thank you again!!) to this beautiful 2-bedroom unit with so much space and amazing view!! The room is spotless, extremely clean, and smells so fresh. We can’t find any flaws whatsoever. The kitchen is top notch. In fact, all the appliances, furnitures, bedding, EVERYTHING is top notch!! All the staff are also very courteous and helpful. We will DEFINITELY come back! :-)

Our 2nd time here. At this point, I don’t think we would try anyplace else. Rooms are large, clean and well appointed. Location is superb and parking is perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again!

Was good location to everything

I loved hearing the flowing river outside our balcony and the happy birds chirping each morning. I did not like the way I was greeted at the front desk when I checked in. I got an attitude that I was a bother. Not friendly or welcoming in any way. And I did not like that we did not have hot water on Friday night for showers. No hot water on Sunday morning for showers (we forgo them on this morning) and now it’s Sunday morning, no hot water. We are waiting for the maintenance man to get here here apparently. I did not like that we were told that the front desk is manned 24/7 and yet it took me 45 minutes of calling this morning to report (no answer at the front desk) the lack of hot water again. Hot water is a basic amenity in any hotel but to pay this price for this property and have continued problems - was really disappointing.

Our suite at the Ice House was spacious and clean; the kitchen was well-appointed. The bathroom faucets did not work well, however, because they had not been installed properly. This detracted from our overall experience of the place.

Awesome location in town! Clean and comfortable. Very spacious for a 1 bedroom. Would definitely stay again.

The building was centrally located to everything. SHort walk to the Gondola. Cleaned daily. Hot tub could have been hotter, but had a sauna which was a bonus.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable at Ice House, located just one block away from the slopes. We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom condo and spent a lot of quality time together as a family. The condo appeared to have recently undergone renovation, as both the kitchen and bathrooms were newly equipped and convenient. However, it would have been useful to include the hotel name in the check-in description. Additionally, while we were able to figure it out the next day, an explanation of the heating system would have made our room more comfortable more quickly.

great location for skiing the Gondola and ticket office were very close. Grocery and wine store right across the street.

Everything was fantastic. It's super close to the ski lifts and downtown.

This was a fantastic location! Easy to walk to everything In Telluride. Unit was great; plenty of space and storage. Would stay again!

Perfect location to access the town of Telluride, and only 1 block from the Gondola.

The condo was in a perfect location, the hot tub and steamroom were great! Walking distance to Gondola and town everything very close. The room had a horrible sewer smell unfortunately. They sent maintence to clean the drains but the smell came back the next day. Unit 202 awful sewer smell, FYI. Everything else was ok. A little dirty but beds, kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. We found a cheeto and a dirty cottonball on the floor near the pullout sofa when we arrived.

The location of the property was great for skiing, shopping, and dining. Never had to use the care. If the communication was better and a bit more of a cheery helpful attitiude by check clerk would had made this experience even better as far as check-in.

Great place except that there is no hot water in any of the sink faucets. Barely lukewarm. Not enjoyable for washing your face. They clearly have it set very low. Shower was fine.

The property was okay. Check in is at another location, we drove around and around looking for it. I finally had to call to tell the desk person we could not find it. I could not spot a sign or number anywhere! The desk person informed me there was a sign so after a few more laps around the block, I finally found it - only to discover yes there is a sign but they had hung an XMAS wreath over it so it was totally obscured. The parking garage is super tight and limited spaces but we made it work. The room did not have any supplies restocked. They had empty shampoo and body wash in the shower. The bunk bed was not usable, the temperature on the top bunk was like a sauna, had to be in the 90's. The handyman just told us to open the window, which would have worked wonders if the window had been located in the alcove the bunk bed was in. The window by the bunk does not open, so opening the window in the winter when it is -10 outside only managed to freeze the main living area, but had little effect on the alcove where the bunk is located. They need to upgrade the window to at least be able to crack it open in this space, or provide a fan to move the air around. We had to pull the mattress off the top bunk and put it in the living room to give a space for our kiddo to sleep. The dishwasher was not emptied for us, not sure if the dishes were clean or not in there. There are no updates to the room such as USB ports for charging. It was nice having a small kitchen and 1 1/2 bathrooms

We had a great time at Ice House, very convenient, so close to everything, loved the spa after long days on the mountain. Employees were very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again room was great, if I had 1 complaint it would be the mattress wasn't very comfortable had a noticable divit in the middle but other then that it was great!

Our 2 bedroom Penthouse condo was beautiful, modern and clean. The building is one block from the Free Gondola and very close to many great restaurants and the market. It’s in the perfect location!

Stayed in one of the penthouses. Nice unit. Pool, steam room and hot tub were nice. 1 block from gondola to Mountain Village. Very convenient location. Walking distance to everything!

Great location, very close to the gondola and city center and plenty of restaurants and shopping. The parking garage was very tight and small. We have a truck so that is part of the tightness, however if it had been more full there is no way we could have fit in a parking spot. Also, the room we stayed in had a sewage smell to it. We figured it's because water hadnt run through the pipes enoug,but it still smelled on the last day. Other than that, it was very clean and a great place to stay!

The Ice House is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. Our suite had a full bath and a powder room! The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed, pillow, bedding, couch, everything was fabulous! It was a block to the gondola, 2 blocks from Colorado Ave and all the restaurants. Loved it! Will stay here again!

Check in was super easy, just know that you need to go to Camel Gardens for Ice House to check in.

In good location. Somewhat dated. Tired mattress no box springs. Very limited kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at Ice House. The unit was even better than the photos and the location is the best in town. There was free parking on the premises and you could walk to anywhere. We will definitely stay here again.
