Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. However, if you are expecting a hotel with a regular lobby/reception, you might be surprised. The building is accessed through a regular door and reception is on the 2nd floor. Most importantly, there are stairs to the elevator, so if you have heavy bags that might be a problem (staff was helpful in helping us up).

Lovely staff, very accommodating. Loved that we could communicate via WhatsApp. They even helped make restaurant reservations for us. Amazing to be so close to Termini station.
