Room was clean and the property was lovely. The food was good with lots of variety.
Some of the staff need a lot of training in customer service. Some are quite excellent but others lack basic training.

We Liked the property overall and had a good time. However, we booked specifically to participate in the Dolphin experience on-site. However, the Dolphins have not returned to the property. And although Dolphin Cove is close to the resort, it would be helpful for guests to know this information upon booking.

Weather was great, food was good always available, room very well maintained, staff was very reliable and friendly. Take a snack drink the ride from airport to moon Palace Resort is over an hour. When arrive at the resort you will love it.
