The restaurant was fantastic with a beautiful view. The view from the room was stunning. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cute little boutique hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed having the choice of two restaurants attached to the hotel. I had dinner at one and breakfast at the other and they both were delicious with excellent service. On the con side, I disliked the lighting in the room, which is primarily ceiling can lighting. It made it hard to see things like the thermostat (I had to use the flashlight on my phone), or my face in the mirror in the bathroom to apply makeup. Overall I would stay again if in the area.

This hotel is in a sweet location on the high street in downtown, quaint, waterfront South Queensferry. Our room faced the church and provided a beautiful old-town view. The staff were outstanding - helped us figure out parking and greeted us regularly with warmth. There are multiple lovely coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed The Boat House restaurant a very short walk from the hotel. Our bed was super comfortable. The place has an "old town feel" but provides modern convenience (lovely large bathroom, for example). We will stay again when we are in the area.
