We booked a double bedroom and having 2 singles put together does not constitute a double in my mind. Everything was really clean and toiletries were provided. The only other slight let down was due to a power cut on the last day. Despite the power cut, the staff said that we'd only be able to stay in the room until 2pm at which point we'd need to evacuate. This left a slight sour taste. In the end, the power came back on and we were able to have a shower and check out before noon but shrugging your shoulders and saying it would not be possible to stay in the room after 2pm was lacking customer service in my mind.

The moment you enter the hotel, you're greeted by a lovely warm welcome. The breakfast is outstanding.
Although the rooms are small, the facilities have quality fittings and fixtures.

Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly helpful staff. Simple delicious beautifully presented breakfast buffet. Very relaxed setting close to restaurants and coffee shops in the old part of Alcúdia.
