We loved the location of the hotel which was close to a lot of attractions. The room was basic but clean and quiet. It was a bit confusing at first because we had to walk to another hotel to check in but it all worked out

Decent hotel for the price, central location in Rome and in good walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Only teething issues was the air con was not working properly and it was hot in my room and on the floor of the hotel in the building. I had to resort to wet towels over my face and body for the first 3 nights which wasn’t ideal. I did WhatsApp the hotel number about it but did not hear a reply. Also it was very noisy given the hotel building is on a main road in the city centre - expect a lot of ambulance sirens. If I went back, I’d stay in a quieter area I near Villa Borghese park - I was told by someone on a tour of the Colosseum that they did this based on previous stays in Rom where it was loud.
The check in at the other hotel building was ok and it was a 10 minute walk away from the main hotel building. The cleaning of the room and the facilities inside were all good and nothing was wrong in terms of working order. Overall a good hotel for what I paid but sort out the air con system !

This Hotel is not for everyone. We like it because it is a Room with Bathroom. Room is cleaned ever day. The room is right on Via Nationale. There is an Irish Pub across Via Nationale with great atmosphere and great people. 5 minute walk to Trajans Market. 15 minute stroll to the Spanish Steps and a few hundred meters more to Popolo. 200 meters from Hotel to Thelma line Metro. 200 meters to Baths of Diocletian. The location is perfect and the Price is great. For those looking for a Spa, Breakfast and a concierge this is not the hotel for you. We love it. Stayed there twice. This last trip was 20 nights.

Well located but our room was very musty and the ceiling brown smelt like mildew even stronger when it started to rain
