This is a really nice hotel. The indoor waterpark was perfect because it was too cold to use their nice little beach. We had an issue with door locks and the clerk we reported to was having a bad day and wasn't happy to help. But front desk staff, Nolan, and manager, Amber, went above and beyond so the small grievance was resolved with kindness.
