I would start by saying this hotel should not be part of Expedia, Book it or any other legitimate sites. We booked this hotel because we thought the room we selected would be a bit of fun with multiple mirrors and a large glass shower. When we checked in, it was hard to ignore the bullet proof glass separating the staff from the guest. The room was clean although there was a strong chemical smell. The hotel is located in a nice residential area of Montreal and is apparently a place where illegitimate business is conducted. We witness many prostitutes entering and exiting the hotel. I also came across later one evening with what i could only explain as a large man (pimp) cursing and yelling at the hotel staff through the bullet proof glass, saying they were cheating him and his 'girls'. The hotel also doesn't provide fob keys, only traditional keys and as such the outside doors are not locked. We also witnessed several police cars driving around which is very unusual for the area, being a quiet residential neighbourhood. Overall we felt very unsafe and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a very illegitimate hotel trying to legitimise through reputable sites like Expedia.

Small but well laid out room, nicely decorated, well appointed and very clean. Good heating & AC system. Lots of toiletries and towels provided. Mini - fridge was great to have. Beds _ pillows were very comfortable. Included breakfast was excellent - we were expecting a basic continental breakfast and were pleasantly surprised to find hot sausages, eggs and potatoes too. Breakfast staff were phenomenal - helpful and always on top of keeping everything fresh and well stocked. Front desk staff was also excellent - friendly, efficient and helpful. Free parking was really nice to have, and we walked from hotel to Biodome - an easy 2km walk. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Check-in back in 1992. Bad smell in the room, old style blankets and no ceiling fan in the bathroom so, smog all over the room at shower time.

The front desk person was busy dealing with a housekeeping issue he did not make eye contact ignoring us while we tried to register. Also being behind a glass partition, he is removed from interacting or Provigo better customer service The room was very clean and offer good amenities and loved the neighborhood

The room was fine. It was clean, which is my main priority. There were no hooks to hang towels anywhere. There was no door to the shower, it is wide open to bedroom and the toilet is in a separate room than the sink and shower, there was no privacy sign for door, Breakfast was good, Beds were cumfy, rainfall shower was nice. We were a 30 min walk from stade Olympic. Location and price were the main reason we booked it. Would I stay here again. No.

Property was well situated to the Metro However it needs a lot of work. Lets start with the bathroom. Modern but no tpilet paper holder. Asked fpra Queen bed got aa Full one instead. Terrible storage for cloths Lastly Google TV withno instructions. No value at $220 per night

Front desk did not have our reservation when we arrived, and when he finally found it (took him like 20- 30 min) he was extremely rude. I was highly disappointed with the check in experience. The rooms are okay (meh). Be careful in the parking lot, on day of check out from this lovely hotel (I’m being sarcastic) someone hit my car damaging one of my tail lights. Did the hotel say anything or try to help, you guessed it! No lol. Stay at your own risk, I never leave reviews, not even bad ones. But I really had to highlight this, as it really affected my trip, and I would hate the same for any of you.

The room itself was fine. However, there was a Neon or Fluorescent light above the curtain rod that I couldn't figure how to turn off, so the room stayed partially lit all night. Also, the TV was so quiet, I couldn't even hear it. I guess, if you are renting it by the hour, it doesn't matter, LOL. But for a business trip, it was less than ideal.

Room was odd. No plugs for recharging except by the door, floor was overlaid and made noise when stepping on it. Smell of tobacco in the hallways. Pillows were overlarge both of them.

Staff was super friendly, room was great for me and my boyfriend. Loud music and banging at night, but thats not the hotels fault. No shower door and the bed had direct view to the shower, so i wouldnt stay here with other people unless I'm dating them. Its near the metro which is amazingly convenient. 5/5 definitely would stay again.

The property is like a boutique hotel but at non boutique prices. The property is clean and modern. The locations is excellent as it is very close to public transit which makes getting around the city quick and easy.

The soft bed wasn't comfortable, nor was the heavily used carpet,but the water pressure in the shower was decent. The lack of night tables and plugs was a frustrating experience. Don't expect to catch up on admin : no desk for after hours work.

Easy transportation with metro, free save parking, mini fridge within the room, free coffee with many choices. Bathroom light is very dark, need extra light for vanity mirror & shower area. Water pressure for shower can be improved.

Beautiful hotel located right near everything. Rooms are really nice and the hotel has a lot of great amenities. Perfect for a day in or a close place to stay to look around town. A nice sized parking deck below makes parking easy.

We liked that it was quiet and clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries available. It had a trip hazard into the bathroom, no light to turn off from bed and too many mirrors.

Central location at a decent value. One of our room window closures was broken and would not lock as the mechanism had become detached. Noise and wind from the outside filtered in and startled us in our sleep. The sink drain was partially clogged. I alerted the front desk but nothing was done.

The room we was given upon check in was In a basement with bugs in room and a toilet that did not flush properly. It got clogged on the fires us.They moved us to the upgraded expensive suite, but the next day they locked up out then told us we had to move to a lest expensive room. We have to move our belongings again to another room after a long and exhausting day out in the city. It was also very family oriented. The open bathroom layout without any privacy was shocking since I was sharing with my 22 year old son. There was no free breakfast and parking was very tight and limited.

Felt very unwelcoming. the reception has thick glass that divides the areas. They even have prison style lock out boxes to give you things instead of directly handing them over. Deposit is only available if you give back keys in person and get the deposit back. With the overnight key dropoff you wont get the deposit. Gave vibes of hourly motels where a lot crime happens.

The suite was pretty nice, quite clean. But i suggest to clean the hottub yourself before using, dust and hair were gushing out from the jet. The rainshower is pretty nice, i enjoy my romantic escape! Will passby again if have time!

It was lovely. No breakfast due to covid. I could have used a coffee maker available somewhere, but these are the times we are in. Very convenient to the Metro station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable, and parking was extremely convenient.
