The property was perfectly located. Very clean and well equipped.
Someone used our private bath (husband closed the door but forgot to lock it) when we were out at a concert. They left behind a pair of socks, hair in the shower and took one of the two towels we were given. I left a message last night and this morning on booking.com to host and left a phone message to get another towel but never received a call or message regarding this situation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were lucky however that there was a baby shower being hosted at the time of our stay, so there was staff on site to help us check in and answer our questions. If they weren't there, it would have been difficult to navigate as mentioned in other reviews, especially if you don't speak French. The place includes a bar that had live music that night (Saturday) so that was awesome. We saw the chairs and pool set up, lots of kids were playing and having a good time. Food was delicious, we had the wings and citadelle burger. A bit expensive though.
Bathroom could have used a better clean

Great location right by the Olympic park and so close to the metro station for travelling into Montreal.
Only slight issue was the tv which kept losing signal regularly and had to keep being rebooted.
