The location was in good proximity for what I had scheduled.
It had a sweet little backyard. The property has been tended to and could be truly lovely with a little more time. There is a new bush/tree ready to go in the ground.
I rent places for the kitchen; this was on the ground level, I was on the first floor. It was a walk outside (locking doors behind me-required) and back. It was not super convenient.
The interior needs a little finishing of projects/repairs.

Struttura vicinissima alla fermata metro. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile nel darci indicazioni per visitare la città.
Camera un po’ datata e polverosa
