Fresh pancakes for breakfast everyday were amazing, they were delicious! Breakfast in general was really good. Quiet hours were respected by other people, never kept awake by noise. Very clean and comfortable. Never struggled with queues for the shared bathrooms or showers. Staff friendly. The aircon was good. Location really good, close to really good streets with lots of shops, food places etc. and very close to public transport.

Breakfast are good and the location is best and accessible to nearest Sherbrooke station which connects the tourist spot destination. Highly recommended.

Staff was friendly and helpful, location is good and breakfast is also good: you get hard-boiled eggs, freshly made pancakes, juice, tea, coffee, bread, yogurt and oranges. The dinning room is a nice place to work or read as well as the terrace.
The fact that you have to share the restrooms with all guests (men and women) is terrible. The cleanliness of the restrooms was awful and staff does not clean them. You have to wait like two days to see them clean again.
If you travel with big suitcases, you should know that the stairs are very narrow and its so difficult to carry them.
