Very comfortable room with sitting area, very quiet, good breakfast and a great location just steps from the Metro. Every staff member, from front desk to housekeeper to breakfast room person, was friendly and helpful. And coming from the west coast where hotels are ridiculously expensive, we were very impressed with the price! There was a small hiccup with us getting billed a second time in error which staff were very apologetic about & fixed right away. Could not fault anything!

Everything was awesome except for a long wait to check in and elevator wait times. There are 3 elevators for 16 floors and they are not quick. The room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were clean and parking was free. The hotel is located right beside the metro.

The staff was so nice to us. Everything was good. We were just very unlucky that our four neighbours (with their kids) talked loudly at night, kids dashing around in the corridors and my mother (68 years old) could not fall asleep. The front desk staff helped us change to another room finally at around 10 pm. Although my mother felt a bit quite tired the next morning, we appreciated already the help from the staff, or my mother could not sleep at all. My mother really liked the service from the breakfast. The breakfast wasn't that diversified nor special but we liked the waffle made by the staff. We like a lot her smile and attitude. The gym and the pool were a relief for our travel these days. The free parking was amazing, and the sunrise and sunset view of the Montreal city were fascinating that my mother preferred to stay inside the hotel and asked me to order food outside ! One thing to the hotel: When we were leaving from the tenth floor, the elevator did not work. After having waited for 10 minutes, I tried to press "up" then the elevator stopped by the tenth floor !!! Generally everything is good and we will come back again !

Everything was great except the breakfast. Only one waffle maker with long line waiting for us. They ran out of everything else an hour before closing, only bread and yogurt left, trays of pastries, fruit and other items were gone.

Steps from the Metro for easy travel around the city. Clean well maintained hotel and pool. Payment options need to improve ..not everyone wants to use a credit card

rooms were not clean and it looked like they never vacuumed the rooms nor the hallway. Would have appreciated the hotel letting us know about construction work beside the hotel

Key card took too long to unlock door. Different desk staff did not coordinate the processing of my extra stay. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Disabled parking is not near the entrance. The side door is inconvenient for wheelchair user as the sliding doors are locked for winter. Floor very noisy.

Older hotel with construction around so not as easy to access, but literally a minute from metro Longueuil, been renting cars for years, but the metro and bus system is the best! Staff great , as well! Hotel is older but kept very clean ! Great view on either the stade Olympique or on other side had a beautiful view of the Pont Jacques Cartier! Will do this again when we go back

Had booked hotel for two days but they checked us out after the first day. Our belongings were inside and the fob stopped working. I confirmed with the receptionist that I am booked for two days but they didn’t merge the booking. Very inconvenient experience. Also in the morning the hot water stopped working for few hours so didn’t got a chance for shower in the morning

Excellent hotel, very clean and modern Front staff was super friendly, as well as the person in charge of the restaurant and the breakfast Access to metro couldn't be easier: it's literally next door (~20 m) and you can be in downtown Montreal in no time without the hassle to park your car I will book this hotel for my next trip for sure

Staff and hotel room were exceptional. Only suggestion as a U.S. tourist is to perhaps add english speaking/U.S. programs to their television lineup. most of the channels were in french, and of the boring news variety.
