I assume the lack of amenities was because the hotel is under major renovation. Seaside rooms are excellent though quite small. Highway side may be noisy as it is right next to the property. Overall excellent value for money. Walking distance to markets.

Travelling solo on a bicycle, this was a great place to arrive after a long day. The reception was very welcoming and efficient. The large pool looked very inviting but I arrived after 18.30 and it was closed for the outdoor dining guests to eat in peace. I was one of them later and the food and service was very good. I had a wonderful suite with sea view which was bigger than I needed but that was what was still available.
