Tout était à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, les équipements, la propreté, l’accueil, service valet, la qualité de tout ce qu’on mange et qu’on boit dans l’hôtel
Les prix au restaurant et au bar sont un peu chers mais tout est très qualitatif

الإفطار يحتاج الي تطوير أكبر ليتناسب مع فندق من فئة ٥ نجوم.
طاقم الموظفين ممتاز ويسعي الي تقديم خدمه ممتازه . اعجبني موظف الاستقبال كان الذي قدم لنا مساعده جديره بالتقدير
خدمة الواي فاي كانت تنقطع بين الحين والآخر وهذا ازعجنا كثيرا.
الغرف كانت ضيقه الي حد ما.
عدم معرفة التعامل باللغه الانجليزيه لمعظم طاقم الخدمه وهذه سلبيه شائعه في تركيا بشكل عام.
