Hotel was clean and orderly. Staff was helpful and accommodating with our needs and request. The hotel was great and the pool was even better. The location was within walking distance to a host of shopping and dining experiences.

Best hotel of the trip! Loved having a full kitchen; we made a couple of meals, but there was also a full complimentary breakfast. Everything about our stay was perfect and if we are in Naples again we will be sure to stay.

I visited with a service dog and the hotel charged me a $150 pet cleaning fee when he is a trained animal and did not do anything in the room. Aside from that the room had no toiletries whatsoever, the bathroom was dirty and the carpet had bread crumbs everywhere.

This hotel was in a great location and central to a lot of options for dining, shopping, and boating. The only drawback was our room was small, the shower didnt drain well, and there were no complimentary bath supplies. One bar of soap to use at the sink and the shower in inconvenient. Not everyone uses liquid shower gels. Front desk staff were either not familiar with searching reservations via third party providers or they just didnt want to. I had to pull up the confirmation information as apparently my contact info nor name could be used.

It has a scenic location on inland canal and proximity to downtown Naples. The swimming pool is plenty big--no need for distorting photography--it's huge. The only drawback is it is in the direct flight path of the nearby private airport. Planes come in so close you could almost touch them. I found that thrilling, others might not. The airport has a curfew from 10 pm to 7:30 am so it doesn't really interfere with sleeping.

Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. We had a beautiful riverfront room that was spacious and comfortable. We were only there overnight for a quick visit but will definitely stay there again since we have family in the area. Would love to make more time to utilize boat rentals, etc behind hotel.

I was so impressed with the Hyatt House Naples/5th Avenue. It was clean and luxurious. After a long day of travel, I decided to eat dinner at the hotel. My red snapper was delicious! The pool was delightful. It was easy to park at the hotel, as well. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had to have our air conditioner serviced. while we were in our room for an hour.. the room was still either freezing or too hot. We did not sleep well at all.. also the room was very dry.. not good for the value..

We were right behind the Naples Airport. Planes flew literally over our head every 5-10 minutes while we were trying to relax by the pool.

Excellent location convenient for walking to Naples downtown and surroundings. I walked everywhere and did not need a car. On the down side, the rooms while spacious are dark and dingy. They really need renovation. The beds need replacing. As a result I really only used the room for night time sleeping. The rooms are not inviting nor attractive. The shower while again spacious is v dark brown. Lighting poor so difficult to see w any detail. The living accommodations need updating. The reception area and bar are fine.

Walls too thin in rooms. Could hear talking, baby crying, & shouting from the room next door. Slamming doors. Drainage in shower was slow. No water bottles offered in rooms.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Everything was perfect. The morning breakfast is top notch. The views from the pool are very serene. The property itself is very clean. The studio king felt like our own private apartment which also had an incredible view. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

We were not pleased with our accommodations. We paid for a king size bed and got a room with a queen size been. We didn't realize that we had to pay $25 a day for parking and to be honest a little surprise how expensive everything in the hotel was. We had two drinks by the pool, costing $50.
We would probably not stay at your facility again or recommend it.

I really liked the hotel. It was clean and it had good food. My only concern was how very very loud the planes were when you were sitting at the pool. I didn’t feel relaxed.

This property was very convenient to Old Naples shopping and dining. Lots of parking in garage. Room was very spacious and very good value. Breakfast was great. Gym was ample and not busy. Pool area was nice with views of water. It is however in very close proximity to the Naples airport and during the day planes are continuously taking off and landing and it is quite loud but was fun to watch. The only problem we encounter is that housekeeping did not attend to our room 2 of the 3 days we were there. The first time we thought might have been our fault as we had our do not disturb sign out until about noon. But no one came back in afternoon. The 2nd day we asked the maid if she was doing our room and she said yes, when we returned it was cleaned and freshened. The 3rd day we were out from about 10:30am til 9pm and came home to find the room had not been cleaned again. We left the next morning. I commented about it to the front desk and the lady said sorry I'll talk to housekeeping. Seemed like a weak response/apology for the lack of service.
