Breakfast was a good start to the day. Great pool area and tiki bar. Good shuttle service into town. Nice view of the ocean. ( obviously depends on the room).
Bar closing early, even though probably around 12 people sitting there, nowhere else nearby, and shuttle gets busy later on, but stops before 11pm. Unfortunately the Key West airport is very close!

The staff was friendly and very polite, especially the cleaning staff and the front desk team.
Breakfast could be improved with more options and fresh fruit.

Close to Tin City and downtown Naples was a plus. The staff were very accommodating and responsive.
Pool tile looked dirty when we were swimming. No pool towels available that I could see. Rooms and hotel are very dated - need significant renovations.

Location. Cost. Adequate breakfast included. Coffee urn all day. Pool and beach chairs for end of day unwind.
Very old and dated decor in rooms. Generally dark and dingy rooms and hallways. Poor lighting in rooms. Depressing old paint and old furniture. Loveseat cushion and support spring were collapsed and groaned and gave way if attempting to sit on it. Plus it was old and scuzzy looking, yuk! Bathroom and vanity very old and dated and again DARK.
