Everything is clean, and all equipment and accessories are in good working order. The quality and variety of the breakfast are excellent. Reception staff is great. Parking space is good.
The breakfast staff is not friendly, not only our opinion, but several families shared the sad opinion. They ask for your room number and make you sign a charge slip, even though your reservation includes breakfast. They tell you they will verify later whether it is included, and if it is, they remove the charge. That is an unnecessary hassle; if it is included, it is disrespectful for them to question it—or at least they should check before serving you (though the staff member on duty Sunday did check). Several guests complained this weekend. If it is hotel policy, then it needs to be improved. The quality and variety are excellent.

The location was great. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean, and I appreciated that they cleaned/ made beds every day for us. That doesn’t happen at all hotels.
Everything was great, the only thing that I would have liked was a microwave in our room. I was visiting my son who was in rehearsal for an upcoming show, and many times got in quite late. He would have liked being able to heat his food in the room. However we appreciate that there was o e available in the lobby.
