Absolutely pleasurable place to stay. Wonderful owners are hands on to make sure your stay is good! They also have an onsite manager to also make sure you are taken care of.

We had a great stay at All Seasons! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was fantastic, especially Junior. It's located close to everything and you can take their bikes around town. Great place to stay!

Our room was spectacular-very clean, comfortable and with all the amenities!! The staff was very helpful at check in and the location is very centrally located. The grounds are small but serene with tropical flowers, hammocks, bikes for riding, fireplace and seating for relaxing.

Ode is the perfect host...welcoming and full of info on where to go, restaurants to try,music venues, etc. The room was everything we wanted...comfortable beds, fridge and coffee maker. There's areas to bbq, hang out in hammocks and you're only a few hundred feet from the ocean. This was our second stay here and we hope to come back.

Lovely oasis along Hopkins main road. Odie, the owner, is a delightful and uber accommodating host. He's proud of his adopted town and eager to share it with all guests.

Five stars! Incredibly welcoming owners/staff, deluxe room - included microwave, toaster, refrigerator, TV (with channel guide)- and also provides bikes to tour the town! The owners walked us to our room and made sure everything was working. They also gave great activity ideas and restaurant recommendations. Plenty of parking just out front! And huge outdoor area with hammocks to relax! Loved this place!

I would highly recommend staying at All Seasons Guest House in Hopkins! The price was great and the owners were incredibly nice and welcoming. They even helped us arrange cabs for our adventures over the weekend. Very clean, nice patio area to hang out (hammocks, shade, tables, clean), free bikes to use, outdoor rinse off shower, wifi, air conditioning... and a great location! Across the street from the beach and very close to the center of town - can walk almost anywhere!

The orange room was large and clean. I am not a great sleeper, but I slept well here as the beds were comfy and the room was quiet. The hosts were friendly and approachable. Downsides... they are not directly on the beach, but about a half block away.

Really nice place by the water. Good location with access to water (we went snorkeling-launched right across from the guest house), places to eat and shop. We were upgraded to a cabin due to an issue with the water, manager was very sweet and helpful. I recommend!

In general life in Belize is relatively expensive. Said so price quality relationship of this guesthouse might be acceptable. However hotel has seen better days.The garden and location are nice though as is the owner.

The beach picture for this hotel is not on the property at all and is completely misleading. The hotel is set way back from the beach across a large trash filled field and dirt road. Other cabanas in town are on the beach, have spectacular views, and are much nicer. You will have a view of a dirt road and then a trash filled grass field with clothes lines. We moved to another cabana that was feet from the Caribbean with palm trees and the sand. The management was awful - they canceled a Christmas reservation on Christmas Day at about 3pm leaving us with no where to stay. Rather than being nice and trying to help or being apologetic they were very indignant and would not refund all our nights. They were rude, uncaring, and completely unprofessional. We talked to locals and this used to be a nice place until the previous owner passed away but it is now not recommended. Use Google Sat Maps and you can see these are not nice beach/ocean view rooms as suggested. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for one of the gorgeous beach front cabanas to the North actually in the town with spectacular views and hosts that actually care and take care of you.

Boca Wina cabana is cute, cozy, and comfy. Ideally located within walking distance of cool local eateries and guides for tours, AllSeasons Guest House is a gem in the undeveloped and unspoiled Hopkins village. For a truly relaxing getaway from the "touristy", I highly recommend AllSeasons.

The owner Gary is very friendly and helpful. We stayed there during the long weekend and did enjoy the hospitality and the accommodation. The beach just one block away, you can easily walk from the hotel to the beach and go for a swim. Great for family to stay with small kids.

We had a room in the main building, which was pretty basic, but very clean (except for the refrigerator). Room was nice, but nothing special. I'm guessing that the bungalows might have been a been a bit more enjoyable. One big plus is some great seaside restaurants a little ways down the road. Fortunately, we had a car, so they were easy to get to.

On Previous business trips to Hopkins Village we stayed at this charming guest house under the prior owner. As much as I wanted to give a great review, there were so many deficiencies (insect control, plumbing, trash collection, room refresh, communications regarding refrigeration, etc.) which I did call to the new owner's attention. I am certain with more experience and completion of repairs, it will again be a nice place to stay.
