Situated on the fourth floor of a traditional Roman building (please note: no elevator), it combines timeless Roman elegance with modern comforts.

Two large mezzanine bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed
A third spacious bedroom
Two modern bathrooms: one with a shower, the other with a bathtub
A fully equipped kitchen with dining area, perfect for preparing your own meals

Independent heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort

Our perfect and beautiful Italian villa in the heart of Rome! Charming doesn't begin to describe how wonderful it felt to stay here. The place is absolutely spacious, the beds are comfortable, the AC kept us cool, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms are large, and most importantly, having a washer/dryer combo was a big plus. Located in the heart of Rome, all the major sites are within walking distance, yet evening noise was a bare minimum -- this means you can enjoy a glass of wine outside on the veranda in peace and quiet. One final note, the building does not have an elevator and you will need to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. We look forward to staying here in the future again.

The accommodation was in a great location! Many shops, restaurants, cafe and historical sites within walking distance. The place was comfortably furnished feeling very home like.

We loved staying here! It’s in a great location with a lot to see and do nearby. The apartment was cute with a lot of living and hang out spaces. We had 4 kids (5 & under). They loved the spiral staircases, but us parents were a little weary of them— just had to keep an extra eye out. We had to purchase our own hand soap and paper towels as there was none in the unit already. Not a big deal- just something to keep in mind. Our hosts were so communicative and even helped us book our ride from the airport to the rental. It was a great stay!
