The property is very well maintained and in a quiet area overlooking the river. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Access to Rocky Mountain National Park is just one mile away. Will definitely stay here again!

This was such a beautiful place to stay! The staff are incredibly responsive and gave us great suggestions on where to hike and great places to eat. The property is absolutely gorgeous with a river running behind it. There are several places to sit outdoors and enjoy the views. We also made good use of the outdoor fire pits overlooking the river. The location is perfect, a few minutes from downtown Estes and right outside of the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We will definitely stay here again!

Very quiet location & property. Staff worked with our arrival after hours and sent a text during the day to see if we needed anything. Large king suite, great patio, microwave, fridge, bar sink, cold a/c, ceiling fan (quiet), comfy bed, nice big bathroom & shower. Saw turkeys on the property & enjoyed the sound of the river. Wish I could find a property like this for all of our vacation spots. Will definitely be staying again on our next Estes Park trip.
