We LOVED Ocean’s Edge and had the best stay. We really appreciated how our VIP hotels.com welcome beverage was a generous cocktail, and not the beer/wine/champagne most other hotels offer. The food at both the breakfast cafe and the dinner restaurant was spectacular—some of the best fish we have ever had! The shuttle driver departed the hotel early so we missed it, but the hotel rectified this and it did not detract from our overall stay. Thank you Ocean’s Edge!!

A beautiful place for a semi secluded resort. Every thing was great except the access to restaurants. EVERYTHING WAS WAY OVER PRICED. An $8 Cinnamon roll is outrageous. $70 Ribeye steak, $3 0range... . The shuttle was nice, but there needs to be 2 locations for pick up, on on opposite sides of the town.

Is only one restaurant in this hotel and the service is poor y we have to order food from outside the hotel, because you need reservation to eat in this restaurant even the restaurant was empty when I went over there and my my kids starving after the long trip. Costumer service 👎 horrible

Huge kudos to Kevin the General Manager for accommodating all our needs. And hats off to our Shuttle driver, Kevin, for going above and beyond to ensure we made our 5:00 dinner reservation at Louie’s Backyard, thank you, thank you! We had a great time!

This resort is awesome. Check in was wonderful. The staff was amazing. The suite rooms were wonderful. The view from balconies was cool. The restaurant had delicious breakfast. The location was great. Nice views. Plenty of roosters around.

Very nice resort with lovely people, delicious food, plenty to do. Room was very comfortable and clean. There are military planes doing exercises overhead at times, so it can be loud, but that did not detract from the stay for us. The shuttle to Old Town Key West was convenient, we will not rent a car next time we come as it was not needed.

It was very nice. I would stay here again. It was clean, quiet and beautiful. There were 6 pools that were never crowded. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have s shuttle that runs into downtown Key West from morning until night. The food in the restaurant was very good.

No alarm clocks in the room. Shower had moldy places in certain areas. Took hand soap when cleaning room and did not replace it.

We love Oceans Edge Resort. The shuttle to old town makes it great. This is our second time staying and we found the comfort of the bed to be unsatisfactory this time. I had a couple of requests that they accommodated! We will definitely stay again. Hope to have a better mattress.

Great property. Clean rooms with good views. Bus driver Jeff and Bob were great with easy transportation downtown as well as island history and recommendations that didn’t disappoint

Only provided 2 washcloths for 3 guests. Failed to replenish toilet paper. Wouldn’t allow 2 extra hours for a late checkout at 1 instead of 11. Heard restaurant employee call a disgruntled guest a profane word for rearend. Now for the good. Clean. Nice spot and amenities, activities. Vast majority of staff were polite and courteous.

There was no daily cleaning of the room. Until requested they did not provide us with new towels, tea packs water bottles. When asked they were ready to refund but when they found out about our booking through Expedia they backed out of the refund.

The property could use a Jacuzzi To go with the six pools.It could also use a outdoor tiki type bar by pool area..Also the prices at the resort are outrageous, resort fees.

The room was clean. But the mattress, as well as the pillow, was so uncomfortable/unsupportive to me it was actually hurting my back. After 5 hours of tossing and turning I ended up sleeping in my car, and got about 2 hours of sleep in total. My poor fiancée didn’t get much sleep either, partially because of the mattress, also because of the particularly loud noises the sheets make when I moved. The sheets got a plastic-y feel to them and didn’t feel comfortable for us personally. The amenities looked good, but i wouldn’t know too much because I didn’t have the time or energy to explore them the next day.

We wouldn’t stay again. The resort fee is fine if you got to use the amenities. The gym is a joke. The water things were all canceled due to weather-the fee should have reflected that. Our robes were taken out halfway thru our trip and we went to the front desk twice for new ones and never got them. Housekeeping would go into our room even with the do not disturb sign out. Room location our balcony was right beside the restaurant so did not use because who wants to sit out and watch strangers eat-very awkward we’re also. Or music people so the nightly music while great for some-annoying for us. Not all of the shuttle drivers are safe drivers- ask any guest and they will be able to say who it is. Without exaggerating at all we nearly T boned a car. And hit multiple curbs unfortunately he drive most of the time. There is a lot of gas break gas break…. The resort isn’t within walking distance of at restaurants and the onsite restaurant is ridiculously expensive. No inexpensive options at all. For breakfast we went to Publix and brought things back for the week and then door dashed lunch/dinner a few times as that was much cheaper. Resort is pretty but I don’t recommend based on our experience.

Beautiful location. Fantastic to have so many pools and outside activities (chess, connect four, hammocks, cornhole) as well as bikes, paddle boards and kayaks. There is also a free shuttle which goes to old town Key West.

The room was clean and quiet, quite comfortable. We had an ocean view room but it’s really a view of the marina with the power plant in the background. That was a bit disappointing, but the hotel was great. We would stay here again.

Very clean. Staff very helpful. Asked for a room change for a better view. Was immediately given one and Jason, the supervisor, came and moved our things to a room with a wonderful view. Lovely staff.

My new favorite hotel in Key West! Escaped for a birthday getaway. I frequent Key West but this was my first time staying at this resort. Everything was perfect! The food was great! Those beds were so comfortable and the suite was lovely! I was not happy paying $25 a night for parking! That is ridiculous!

Beautiful resort! On Stock Island and a shuttle ride away from Old Town Key West. You can definitely hear the planes from Key West Airport overhead. The staff is excellent and the bar and food are above my expectations!! Golf is 3 minutes away which is a plus! Patrick, the bell man was the best!! Will be returning!!

If you are looking for a hotel far from the nightlife in Duval this is a wonderful resort. It's a short ride from the ferry and there is a frequent complimentary shuttle. The food is delicious. It's fun to check out the yachts in the marina, and watch the fighter jets take off from the base. We only stayed one night. Next time we would stay 2-3 or three to enjoy all of the amenities.
