Nice, clean, quiet and walking distance to heavenly resort.

Overall a nice place, however dated. The room was exceptionally warm at check in and the heater was off. We had to keep windows open at night in 31 degree temperatures with a fan blowing in order to sleep. The electrical sockets are all worn out and your chargers fall out. That should be remedied.

The stay was perfect for a couple nights in Tahoe, had everything we needed and was very clean. It did get pretty hot during the night. And there could be a little more clear communication about check in/out process.

It has almost everything. Kitchen utensils are in good conditions, which is amazing. Very quiet without noise of the heater. Few minutes driving to everywhere in South Lake Tahoe.

Place needs some renovations, beds are so uncomfortable couch is hard to sleep in maybe if the change the carpet so place don't look to old. There is no A/C

it was a very nice place to stay. very clean inside and out. the staff was really nice. the pool and spa was wonderful. i loved being able to BbQ. dinner with the BBQs provided . i will definitely stay again

We have amazing stay. Room is huge, clean, bed is comfortable. Location is good only 10 mins walk to town. Swimming pool opens till late at 11pm. I gave 4 stars because no air conditioner

Friendly staff, very clean, nicely appointed rooms with a small kitchenette separate bedroom fold out couch in the living room. Close to town. Excellent value for the money!

This is our second time at this property. It’s a great location. The resort is clean and has all the amenities. The office personal are very nice. Check in is always a breeze. The hot tub is a nice bonus. They have grills you can use also!!!

For the price this was a great place to stay. Very clean, within walking distance to Heavenly Village. Beautiful pool and hot tub. The nearby road is a little bit noisy, but not an issue for us with the windows closed. There is no AC, but I have the impression that's common in this area, and it cooled down enough in the evening that it was fine. We would stay here again!

They were quick to attend to all requests made. The staff very friendly and helpful. The pool was in good condition and water just the right temperature. The rooms seemed to be quite sound proof since we did not hear any noise from adjoining rooms. On the negative side, the mattresses are very hard and I would not have been able to sleep well if I had not brought a foam pad to put on top of the mattress. Of the 4 nights there, the hot tub water was only hot 2 nights. The other 2 nights, the water was only slightly warmer than the pool water. We did enjoy our stay there.

I found the property clean and in a good location

The Lodge has been totally updated inside and everything was extremely comfortable. We love having a full kitchen to prepare meals!

Everything you needed was there inside the room with all accessories nice stationed away. The atmosphere is very welcoming.. Would make another trip

We stayed at The Lodge over Memorial Day weekend. The weather was cool but bright. The Lodge was just as described, woodsy and well equipped. Easy walk into Heavenly village and to casinos beyond that. Down to Lake is a bit further but doable. Wish there was more touristy type maps - maybe too early in season. Would stay again.

Kids had a great time. Room was really nice. Amenities were fun. Would recommend

The property is a little bit out dated, including the furniture and small kitchen appliances (e.g., coffeemaker) but the full kitchen in our one bedroom accommodation was impressive. The bed is comfortable enough. However, the bedding needs some updating, too. The bathroom and toiletries are okay. The bathtub has a visible chip. Overall, our stay was okay, except for the location of our bedroom which is near the street. We can hear the vehicular traffic at night on Pioneer Trail. The free wifi and self-parking are a big plus.

We were so happy with our stay. The location was great - convenient to downtown, quiet, safe off street parking. The unit was fantastic - big, well appointed, updated, comfortable. Internet was fast and reliable. We will try and stay here again the next time we are in South Lake Tahoe.

For a small kitchen, it was very well equipped. All the rooms were very clean, and the shower worked great!

What a wonderful lodge! Close to all of the shops and dining and it was a perfect cozy lodge for our family! We will be staying there again! Staff was amazing! Thank you for the great hospitality!

Easy to walk to South Lake Tahoe, spacious rooms, free parking and Wi-Fi. Only issue was no AC - and it was unseasonable warm during the afternoons on the 3 days we were there. That meant opening the windows and running a fan; the problem was the steady stream of traffic from the road leading into town and a noisy fan meant for not-so-good sleeping.

I liked the fact that there weren't extra resort fees, parking was free, wi-fi was included, the rooms were large and the kitchen had everything needed for a convenient stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was a lot of room. We brought four bikes with new tires and stored them inside, used them right before leaving and put them on the car rack so we would not get the room dirty. The hotel is a 3-5 minute easy walk from Raley's Supermarket and Heavenly Village. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. It was very convenient for families. It also made it easy being on Pioneer Trail Street because the traffic is heavy on CA 50 and near Heavenly Village. If you like to be away from the crowd but still close enough to go visit it on your terms, this place is ideal.The downside to it for us were:1. The office is closed 8 pm to 8 am. We arrived after 9 pm and luckily had called the office to let them know we were coning in late. They gave us the lock combo for the late arrivals where keys are kept. I wonder what I would have done if we had not called???! 2. There is no safe at all, not in the room, not in the office. I was given a key to the ski lockers but those were so flimsy. Come on guys, add a safe for electronics, it's 2021. 3. We were on the bottom floor and the tenants above us were walking around until midnight. Each step was audible and the thump thump was really annoyingly loud.

Traveled with friends and didn’t have much option to choose room type. Cable box wasn’t working in the bedroom. Leaky shower. But the place seemed clean
