It was very comfortable and very clean. Although we are tall and the shower was a little short and the water pressure wasn’t super great! But it was perfect for what we needed it to be!

Enjoyed the downtown area for a quick anniversary trip. Hotel seemed clean and room was met our needs and breakfast was plenty. Would stay again for the location for sure.

Housekeeping did not clean the floors. Made the beds sloppily, threw a stack of towels on the sink, left the garbage overflowing on the floor. Front desk staff was friendly

Downtown Hyatt Place is excellent. Lots of parking spots, only 2 blocks to all the best restaurants, and super quiet. The eating and lounging area is really big and nice. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable as usual. Also, forgot my razor and they had one on hand for me. We will be back every time we travel to Boise.

I was disappointed with this hotel as it was quite mediocre for the price. The dining and bar weren’t open at all and our room accommodation was small and simple, yet almost $300 a night. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

This property checks every important box: close to everything, very clean, comfortable bedding, quiet. I stay here every time I come to town for business and have even stayed here for personal reasons.

There is no mention of having to pay for parking in the booking, which I think is misleading. The fold away bed has insufficient bedding available. We requested extra bedding and they delivered a tattered very thin blanket. Also, I found the gentleman at the front desk to be somewhat unprofessional. I think he was attempting to be congenial. However I found his questions to be somewhat invasive.

Quiet, easy to get to. Room was fine, some old popcorn on the floor in the room. No smart tv. That should be changed. No ice machine on premium floor. No bar/food on Sunday. Glad to be moving on..,

Awesome! The location is perfect because you're within walking distance of right downtown. Pool & hot tub is amazing. The only problem was when the pool opened they had no towels down there and it took like 2 hours for them to get clean towels, but other than that it was great!

Overall the stay was pleasant. Blackout draperies would be appreciated due to the street lights and daylight. We enjoyed the choices and freshness of the breakfast buffet but the hot food items were warm at best. Perhaps chaffing dishes and frequent thermometer checks would be in order to ensure safe food temperatures. The staff responsible for the buffet were very attentive and working very hard to insure a great guest experience. I would definitely visit your hotel in Boise again! Sincerely, William

this hotel is right Downtown Boise. Walking distance to everything. The hotel is brand new. It was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the lobby had tons of working stations. Great hotel!

“Parking available” means $10 to park… that came to me as a surprise, but I said oh well and accepted the charge. The staff during the day were super nice and friendly…. The “night auditor” Jeremy seemed to care more about his Pokémon Go than he did about customer service. It just felt like we inconvenienced him by wanting some snacks from the marketplace. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay!!

Enjoyed the warm breakfast items (eggs, bacon, sausage) along with oatmeal additives not just a continental breakfast. The convenience of being able to walk 4 or 5 city blocks in any direction and find live music venues, variety of eateries, pubs, etc.

Very nice and convenient. Other than the evening desk person (who was very professional) the other desk people were nice but a bit to casual especially in their dress. Sweats and a tee shirt just seems a bit casual for a mid level hotel.

I've stayed at Holiday inns that were neicer, had more amenities in the rooms, and were cleaner overall. Hyatt is not worth the price anymore and quality has gone down. Not like the 90s.
