The hotel itself is exactly to be expected. Clean room, clean bathroom, and looks exactly like the pictures. The front desk allowed us to check in early, which was super helpful after an 8 hour flight from the states. My only complaint isn’t with the hotel itself, but with their procedures regarding the independent (but attached) rooftop bar. We were borderline harassed by staff associated with this rooftop bar any time we tried to enter our hotel. We are younger, so I guess we fit their clientele profile. We were asked every single night if we were guests multiple times, and we were prohibited from entering an elevator to go to our room because they incorrectly assumed we were trying to access the rooftop. We started approaching the front door to the hotel with our keys in hand, and we were still stopped and questioned. While I enjoyed the hotel, I would encourage them to come up with a better process to welcome guests to the rooftop without harassing guests.
