Die Lage war perfekt für ein Wochenend-Städte-Trip mit der ganzen Familie. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Zimmer sehr sauber.

Not a lot really.

I do not like being allocated a wheelchair friendly room, and despite saying so I was not offered another. Also, had to get up in the night for a fire alarm set off my a careless electrician doing maintenance work. Breakfast is only continental, and despite advance notice about being lactose intolerant, they did not seem ready for that. Got a great breakfast round the corner at the Novatel!

La ubicación es perfecta. La habitación es un poco pequeña pero la cama es grande, cómoda y con todo lo necesario. El hotel ofrece café gratis en el Lobby/Bar a cualquier hora, lo cual es magnífico.

Que no hubiese una persona que hablara español.

Sehr nettes und Freundliches Personal! 🙂 Schöne zentrale Lage. Ein London Bus fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab, eine kurze Fahrt und man ist direkt am Tower. U-Bahn Station Aldgate ist um die nächste Ecke. Im Umfeld befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei denke ich.

Wie bei allen Motel One kann ich mich mit der Frühstückssituation einfach nicht anfreunden. Im Empfangs und Barbereich in Sesseln an niedrigen Tischen zu sitzen während An- und Abreisende und Tagesausflügler an einem vorbeilaufen und auf den Teller schauen. Das ist aber auch das einzige was mich an Motel One stört. Das Frühstück selber sieht immer sehr lecker aus!

No water (bottle) in the room. Which is just cheapskate. And I booked a room with a large DOUBLE bed which looked fine until I got in it. Two singles pushed together. So rather than being able to lie in the middle of the bed I had to sleep on a single for comfort! Really not what I'd expect

The hotel was very clean , the staff were friendly and very helpful and the location was perfect for sightseeing in around the tower of London area, we would definitely stay here again.

The only down side there's no on site restaurant for hot meals or breakfast although the continental breakfast is very good.

Easy check in, very modern and clean. Shower was good.

Room quite small and not a lot of view. No wardrobe or bedside tables. Staff are not trained in how to acknowledge guests in a friendly way. Avoid eye contact and stare at screens. Some of them need haircuts and a shave.

Staff had read my request and acted upon it throughout our stay. Early check in made our arrival easy. Excellent location for taxi & bus. What made our stay extra special was the staff. They were all friendly & polite. They made us very welcome & gave my son extra attention by making specific snacks for him & allowing him extra time. I had help with transport & food delivery. Nothing was a problem. We had to leave a day early but this dealt with really calmly and easily. Have already recommended this hotel & would stay there again. 6.2 out of 5 as rated by my son

Bed was a little small as were the pillows.

Close to the subway station, walking distance to the tower bridge and castle. Really clean

Breakfast wasn’t included. That sucked and they want 15 pounds per person for breakfast. In American money that’s almost $40 per day for some croissants, fruit and juice. That’s insane. Also, no mini fridge in the room at $200 per night is also insane. They just want you to spend money there
