Clean, well equipped room, although the microwave was faulty and didn't work. Breakfast was good but gets busy quickly. The area to eat in is small but overflow seating is available in reception.
Our room was directly overhead a train junction interchange where carriages shunted back and forth all day and up until the early hours of the morning. The windows had to be closed at all times to dull the sound, but the air conditioning worked well and we managed. We are not too bothered by outside noise, but this was a notch up from usual street noise. The hotel itself was quiet and I didn't hear any noise from other guests. Another issue we had is that on returning to the room in the late evening we couldn't use our android stick to watch tv. The tv is a flat screen tv but bolted firmly into a frame that is immoveable.

Very spacious room, very clean, comfortably large bed. It matches the photos. Very pleasant and easy check-in process. Besides the kitchenette, there was also a very large refrigerator and dishes. In addition, there was a small but comfortable sofa.
Only one blanket, which isn't a problem for a couple in a double bed and is perfectly normal in the UK. Two blankets would have been more comfortable, though. Other than that, there was very light mold in the bathroom and rotten wood on the door frame, which is too close to the shower.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our room was facing the road but was quiet.
The plastic strip on the shower door was moldy and there was dust on the top of the doorframe in the bathroom.

Location was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Your TV was probably the worse set up we have EVER encountered. There were 5 stations with NOTHING on and you couldn't access APPS on the TV so there was literally nothing to watch at night.

"The front desk staff, Kyle and Regent, were very pleasant and helpful and made us feel welcome.
The apartment assigned to us was clean and excellent with lots of space and a view of the Tower Bridge.
