A great great location, tube station and buses nearby, restaurants and shops are very local. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely. Very comfortable bed.
No windows for fresh air but the ac worked so not a huge issue.

Efficient check-in process, friendly staff and overall location close to Aldgate East underground and Liverpool Street stations. Breakfast option across the road at their in-house cafe was very tasty.
We had 3 x Cosy Studios and although they are well equipped they are also very cramped for space. Okay for 1-2 nights but maybe not for much longer.

Great location and friendly staff
Room was not particularly clean and very small, walls need a new layer of paint. Mattress and pillows not to our liking (too soft) - just generally not a room up to great standards.
