The location was perfect, we like the rooms at Locke because they are modern and different, decorated nicely and an inexpensive price for one night.
The air conditioning woke us up in the night making loud rattling and groaning noises, making for a disrupted sleep. Some of the cutlery was not the cleanest, there was no washing up liquid for self washing up.

Excellent location - really close to a number of underground stations & bus stops! Very clean studio apartment with Good kitchen facilities!
The bed is super comfy but it’s very low so some people (like us) struggle to go up and down! The big sofa is a great addition but it’s so big that it makes the room feel too packed.

The location is divine. The beds are so fluffy and comfortable. The air conditioning is working great, and the shower is amazing. The amenities smell lovely. Moreover, the staff is lovely and available 24 hours a day to help. They take every concern or inquiry seriously, trying to solve it immediately. The communication was excellent.
Even for London, I think the rooms are not worth the price, unfortunately. They are small but fine for a short stay. At the same time, the rooms look like they need some renovations, with imperfect walls. Also, I was quite disappointed with the cleaning. Dust in places one does not frequently use, a stain on my white pillow, a weird smell from the... I do not even know what it was, as they changed our room because of the smell. And I think it is quite greedy that a pair of slippers is not included and costs so much at the reception. Also, I was surprised by the 200-pound deposit.

Great location and friendly staff
Room was not particularly clean and very small, walls need a new layer of paint. Mattress and pillows not to our liking (too soft) - just generally not a room up to great standards.
