Mattress too soft. Raised it with reception, asked for mattress topper but did not get one.

Clean, modern and friendly staff
Room can be quite bright in apartment with the lights from devices. Pillow also to hard and thick for my liking probably could’ve asked for a change but dealt with it

The location is just amazing - right in the heart of the city. Everything was really clean - even the mirrors. The apartment was a single room, but it was spacious. There was a microwave, fridge and sink. Friendly and helpful staff on reception and 24 hour access. Free, fast wifi. Above all, for what it was this was really good value.
The milk portions in the fridge were off. I told the receptionist this and she actually wrote it down, so I felt listened to.
The sound-proofing is good, but there is some residual noise, being in the heart of the city (and I was only on the first floor).

The ground floor room offered none to very low natural light, and an outlook onto some railings and a wall. After a 3-night stay, this was not appealing. I was not offered any alternative.
