Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Metro is in de nabijheid dus je zit goed om Londen te verkennen. Ruime kamer naar Londense normen. Alles was zeer netjes. Goed ontbijt.

Just 5 minutes walk from Aldgate East tube station. Located on a busy high street so lots of options for meals, groceries on the door step. Bus stop right outside.
Instead of a double bed I was given two single beds pushed together with the bedding spread over it. This led to an uncomfortable night. I fed this back when checking out and later I received an email to acknowledge this but also telling me at least everything else was good. I replied them to say I woke up with back pain and that had increased over the duration of the day, had no response since
