Staff was very helpful. I like their buffet breakfast and their restaurant. You don't have to go out after a hectic day tour. You can just eat in their hotel restaurant. Food were good and so with price. The only thing we hate was their bathroom sink. It's not draining properly. It took forever. Soo disgusting.

Location was unbeatable. Staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Coffee was top notch.
Dislikes- only one restaurant on site, room service was iffy- one order was cancelled because “no one was working the kitchen” when we only ordered a slice of cheesecake. Also, we gave a lot of money to the hotel across the street because there was no snack bar in the hotel. That money could have stayed with Novotel.

The executive room is great - comfortable, clean, free refillable water with less waste - overall definitely recommend
