Great location close to Tube station, really helpful hotel staff and very nice breakfast in the attached restaurant. Room was ideal for what we needed and overall feel of hotel was very nice. Would stay again.
Quite a lot of street noise that was heard from the room despite the double glazing - this may be better with rooms higher up the building.

The location was great. We paid for the breakfast and it did not disappoint. Michael, at the front desk, gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants and thins to do nearby. Walkable to The Tower of London.

Location.
The bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows. It was also unbelievably noisy.
