Very friendly helpful staff, excellent location and lovely views of the Cathedral. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable but a view general maintenance jobs made it look a little tired. Edge of windowsill had fallen off and the surface of the bath had seen better days. Coupled with worn furniture and a balcony which needed a good clean lowered the quality of what could have been a five Star stay.

Stayed here for 1 night in a triple room.
Even though the room is ready for a bit of a refresh it was very clean and very comfortable. The hotel has nice areas for for a drink or something to eat or just to relax. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The breakfast was amazing.

Had a Cathedral viewing room, bed was so comfy, black out curtains were great. View was amazing and breakfast was great.
The staff were professional and polite.
