I stayed at this hotel again because my experience in 2024 was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room this time was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, my recent stay started on a disappointing note. I politely asked about the possibility of an early check-in, and one of the staff members responded with a dismissive tone and attitude, saying that nothing was available and that everything had been booked the day before. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and left a bad impression.
Thankfully, Julie was very kind and helpful. Since we wanted to explore the city while waiting for our room, she assisted us with our bags and made the situation much easier. Later in the day, I spoke with the afternoon staff about what happened, and they listened attentively, apologized for the experience, and said they would make a note of it. They also gave us complimentary Gatorade, which was a thoughtful gesture.
Overall, the room quality was good, and the afternoon team handled the situation professionally. I’m grateful for their kindness and for Julie’s help. However, the negative interaction in the morning affected what could have been another great stay.

James was wonderful with great suggestions to make our stay wonderful. I did not have any cash for a tip and wish there was someway to thank him. Dave at the bar was also wonderful!
