Very comfortable hotel for our night before Dollywood. Our family with 3 teenage boys had enough space and we were able to walk to the Nike store, go karts, grocery store and back. It felt good to walk after a long drive. Plus the view of the sunset from the hotel parking lot was really nice too.

I liked it all except breakfast, was wishing for plain eggs like scrambled. And some additional Gluten free options. The food was great just my family has some foods they cannot eat.

This was really a nice hotel. The big things for me was blackout shade and it was so quiet! It was a pretty busy place and rarely did I hear anyone when in our room!

It was very clean, quiet, and well maintained. The rooms had all the amenities except conditioner, so if you need that for your hair, bring it. The shower water pressure was amazing. I know that's a odd thing to put in a comment, but it was really epic. If i had one negative to say, i did not care for the very soft pillows on the bed, but my wife loved them. We will remember this place and stay there again the next time we are that way.

This was our first time staying at this type of hotel. We were very pleased by the reviews left about the hotel. Upon arriving, everything that was given high remarks were spot on. Clean and equipped for bringing in food to store while on vacation.

Overall,this was a very pleasant stay. The only issues we had was the WiFi signing didn't work, no matter which way we spelled the last name. But it was resolved after a visit to the front desk. The cleaning crew missed a few spots on the kitchen floor, but it was a quiet and comfortable stay. Plenty of space for our kids. Close to Dollywood too!

Pet friendly. Great breakfast selections in the morning. Ice machine was broke on fourth floor where we stayed. Microwave stopped working one day so couldn’t heat our meals. Water went off one day but not too long. Location was great in center of attractions. The luggage carts were poorly constructed with front wheels sticking in elevator entrance (wheel should be larger) and luggage falling through the bottom cradle (bottom should be solid) Staff was friendly.

This hotel was very clean inside and out. The breakfast selection was amazing. There was plenty of hot and fresh items. They also had a nice gym for working out. Overall an excellent place to stay.

PROS: Location. Cleanliness. Good breakfast. Nice staff mostly. CONS: The cost! We chose the property for its location. We were there to attend the Pigeon Forge Rod Run, a show for owners of classic collector cars. The first morning we awoke to find a note on my 1970 Chevelle SS stating it would be towed if not moved. We brought the car in a car hauler, therefore we had two vehicles -the truck for my husband, the car for me. We go to different functions and areas often during our stay. We were told that we were only allowed ONE vehicle per room reservation, which we were not told of that fact or we would not have stayed there. The staffer then stated that we could park our classic Chevelle in the public transportation lot next door, but it may be towed from there as well. As a result, we had to leave our car in a parking lot at LeConte Center for three nights. I was told upon checkout that notice was given regarding parking on my confirmation. It was not. They said the rule is only in force when they deem it necessary, so how is anyone to know the rules when the rules are applied only when the hotel decides to apply them? As if that weren't enough, the ice machine on our floor was broken the entire time. I asked for an accessible room close to the elevator and was given a room as far away from the elevator as possible. I have mobility issues and it was a long distance to walk so I rented a mobility scooter inside the hotel to use. We will never stay there again.

The pool slide was broken but all in all this was a really nice place to stay and we would stay here again. The lobby did have some weird cinnamon smell from a scent thing that I think was too much and smelt cheap but past that this was a really nice place to stay and staff was super helpful and kind.

The hotel was nice, comfortable and in a great location. Traveled with my boys who were looking forward in using the water slide. However it was not functioning according to the hotel for safety reason, but either way they made the best of the pool, which was very specious and clean. Great hotel to stay at very stir fly staff would recommend it!

This hotel was AMAZING!! We enjoyed it so much from thr spacious rooms to the two pools!!! We traveled from Vermknt with a 7 week old baby and had everything we could possibly need...We cant wait to make another trip here as a family!!

Great location to get to everywhere you would want to go. Safe and no sign of bugs, not being cleaned, etc. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is to be expected for continental breakfast, everyone can find something they will like though. The splash pad area was very clean and wasn't over crowded or unsafe. Hotel was quiet and clean enough but is starting to show signs wear and tear like a bucket catching water from a leak in the lobby, carpet missing spots, rust and wear and tear in the bathroom. Overall very convenient and was great for our family with littles to have the splash pad and breakfast option along with the ammenities in the room!

We stayed at the room 224 and the ac unit was so moldy. It somehow seems nice and clean but for some reason when I wake up in the morning I had a severe runny nose. When I’m outside, it goes away. When I come back in and sleep, next morning same runny nose. I was very skeptical and one night the ac was acting up making weird noise so I got up used flash light from my phone to see what it is than realized the ac vent where the air comes out was all black with molds. That’s why I had allergic reaction. Plus during the whole stay, the water slide was out of order and my son was very disappointed because that was our main reason to book at Home2 , the water slide

Having the option for the indoor pool or the outside resort style pool makes this an easy choice for our family every time! The room is comfortable and the kitchenette offers easy access to leftovers or snacks from the lobby.

The hotel was ok. Not worth the money! We had to share a small pool area with the Tru hotel behind us which made it very busy and noisy. Carpets were dirty because my feet were dark from walking around in the room. Front desk girls were sitting slumped and not very enthused with their job. Front desk staff is the first people you see. Felt like we bothered them

I booked through Expedia, when I got to hotel after 15 hour drive we weren’t in their system at hotel. Staff was great in finding accommodations for us in hotel. Very polite and helpful!!
