Staff was very welcoming and accommodating for the most part. Did ask to have my sheets changed was gone all day and it hadnt been done. Told Jason and he made sure it got done. Breakfast was decent especially for it to be free. Saturdays Breakfast was better then Sundays. The young lady who took care of breakfast ans keeping the lobby clean durinv that period did a phenomenal job. Her hard work shouldnt go unnoticed. conveniently located and close to everything. The indoor pool is small but the outdoor water play is much bigger. My kids enjoyed the activities the hotel had to offer. We would stay here again. A microwave in each room would be helpful. The beds could be a little more comfortable as well. Overall not a bad stay.

We had a great time. We loved the games in the lobby and the sky deck. The bunk room with the Super Nintendo was an amazing surprise as well!

Charged me an extra $20.00 more than original reservation price. Check-in time of 4:00 pm is ridiculous for a$300.00 a night stay. Room was very clean but small.

When booking, I didn't know that they would automatically charge the card on file for the hotel stay, without asking me. The breakfast was great, was clean and love staying there otherwise.

I was disappointed to coffee in room and it was difficult to access luggage carts… the elevator was very slow on the busy mornings

We’ve stayed before and must have forgotten how tiny the rooms were. We probably would not pick this hotel again. There are too many other options near by.

So good. Best hotel gym I’ve ever been in. Two pools. Next to a cool new area with shops, restaurants, free games and. amusement park rides. I would definitely recommend.

Apparently TRU has taken the course of so many other companies. Customer Service means letting the customer provide their own service. Person at check in obviously wanted to be somewhere else. The room was cramped and hard to navigate. No closet, just a pole sticking out of the wall to hang a very limited number of clothes. NO drawers for placing underwear and other casual clothes in. I wound up putting them on top of the mini-fridge. Since no one came to clean the room, I didn't have to worry about someone rifling through my stuff. It felt like I was in a dorm room. The only thing missing was the crates to put my computer on.And requiring a 24 hour notice for cleaning the room, removing trash and replacing bathroom items, Whoever heard of having to go to the front desk to get these items. And if I had trash or dirty towels, I had the privilege of taking it to a receptacle at the end of the hall. (When will I receive my check for doing what you should be doing?!) And it was nice to get a surprise at check in that I was to provide my credit card for $15 a day to cover any damages . This would be credited following YOUR INSPECTION of the room after departure. This hidden cost was sure not mentioned when I booked the room. Obviously my overall experience was not good and I will never use TRU in the future and will advise my traveling friends not to use you either.

I like how colorful the inside of the hotel was. It is very kid friendly. However, our room was next to the pool, elevator and lobby. It was very loud and hard to sleep. If I ever stayed again, I will ask for a room away from everything.

The overall condition of the room was good, but I am used to larger hotel rooms. The space was small, there was no closet/wardrobe to store things, and had minimal counter space to lay things down. Bed was very firm, pillows were very soft. Had one minor issue with the shower leaking out onto the bathroom floor, which we alerted hotel staff to at checkout.

Location and design great. First night had trouble with a/c and toilet, also mattresses are beginning to feel worn. Desk person moved us to another rain for second night while repairs were being made. Mattresses still felt worn. Also tv remote is cumbersome. I would still come back.

We had a great time at Tru by Hilton. It’s a super clean hotel. It’s the perfect location! It’s right across the road from The Island in Pigeon Forge. A few blocks from an beautiful outdoor mall with great restaurants and shopping. Yet it’s slightly off the main strip with all the attractions which I liked. Parking was convenient. The morning breakfast buffet was pretty basic, but super convenient. My kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool and the game area in the lobby. The front desk staff was polite and very helpful giving advice on things to do. They can even help you book some attractions or have coupons to save you money on other stuff to do!! Just ask! I really have no complaints. You do have to ask for new bathroom towels and request to have your room cleaned, but other than that we were thrilled with our decision to stay here.

Clean and new but at the price point i felt the rooms could if been a little bigger. The room where we stayed were next to baseball fields and as soon as rhe sun came up loud music started playing.
