The Hotel is an older one that has been totally renovated. It is very clean and the updating was nice. Only things I didn’t like about the location was the cable for the tv was not working and couldn’t unwind watching it in the evening. Also, they really need to keep families together in the same area away from solo and business travelers. I got very little sleep with listening to kids running up and down the hallways or in the room above me. Yes I did bring it to the front desk’s attention they said security would take care of it. Never saw security….

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Willowbrook. It was comfortable, clean, and updated. We enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. I would have loved the pool a little warmer and the jacuzzi a little cooler:). Staff was welcoming and atmosphere was wholesome.

Great hotel!! Staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms have been nicely renovated despite it being an older hotel. Great breakfast options and the outdoor pool is an added bonus. The one piece of feedback to give, would be to check the indoor pool more often. The water was VERY murky and could have definitely used a cleaning.

Our stay was great! Super clean rooms, house keeping was very attentive and consistent every day. We never had to ask for anything. Breakfast was ok, nothing over the top. Simple eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and some other dry items. But that’s to be expected with complimentary. Overall, we would definitely come back.

The facility was wonderful, meeting all our needs. Beds were comfortable and room was well maintained. Wanted to use tge indoor pool but temperatures outside were too cold to consider walking to and from the pool area. The complimentary breakfast was typical for area hotels but the dining area was very clean. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Traveling with a teenage girl and a 7 y/o girl is always difficult when it’s just me/mom, but this hotel was in a great location, clean, friendly staff and spacious room. We had a great trip to Dollywood for the weekend. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Willow Brook Lodge. The hotel was clean. Towels are changed out daily , which is rare since Covid. The location was great. The fireplace and whirlpool tub was perfect for our honeymoon. The biggest issue we had was the heating/air unit in the room. Generally, we use them to block out noise, especially at night. The units here are very quiet. And you can hear everything, including outdoor traffic off the highway, adjoining rooms, etc… My words of advice are to bring a travel fan to block out noise at night. We will definitely stay again. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved our first floor room and how close it was to the indoor pool and hot tub. The location was near everything we planned on doing. Really enjoyed breakfast every morning with fluffy biscuits, eggs, sausage and an excellent cup of coffee.

We had a great stay. Clean. Beds were comfy as well as the sheets and blanket. The pool and hot tub was awesome. My only wish would that the hot tub opened earlier than 9am. I wake up at 6am. An early morning would have been nice.

We enjoys our stay. We were there for a cheer competition at the leconte center. It was very convenient to walk there. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice after a long day. Rooms were very nice. NO CARPET which was nice but floors were chilly in the morning. Only complaint was our tub dripped and if you didn't turn shower diverter off it flooded the bathroom floor. They came in daily to change out towels so that was a big plus to us.

Hot tub was yellow and brown. And smelly. I called and let the front desk know and they showed no concern. Said they would let maintenance know. But they didn’t arrive in time for us to use it. Maintenance department did not clean it. I used to like staying there but the last few times it has been a gross experience. We will not be staying there again.

Upon arrival, the bathtub and the Jacuzzi was dirty with hair. Also, the Jacuzzi tub did not work and we did not get to use it the first night. They offered to put us in another room or wait till tomorrow for maintenance to come. Maintenance did come and fix the issue, but it was also unfortunate. The fridge just so happens to defrost and water leaked all over the floor. You have to pay to use the ice machine and also some type of fuse or something must’ve chipped out the last night we were leaving in the fireplace because it stopped working . I also didn’t like how I had to walk to the lobby in the cold to get more towels when needed later in the evening we absolutely love the area of the hotel but after staying I don’t think it’s worth the price for three night stay of a little over $850

Very nice property & very comfortable room. Not crowded, plenty of space to move around. Location was great. River is accessible in the back. Near plenty of shopping/eating/entertainment, including The Island. Only issue is free breakfast. Nice eating area (though small considering size of property) but food is bland & very poor food options compared to other hotels free breakfast. Only ate once, then decided we would rather pay for a breakfast elsewhere.

Great hotel and great price! Lovely front desk staff whenever I needed to grab extra towels or other misc. items. Great, free, quick breakfast and they were accommodating when I had to take a very long, unexpected work call on my last day of vacation and let me checkout late. Only issue, and this isn't one with the hotel, but it's the traffic on the main strip infront of the hotel on Friday and Saturday's. Totally an issue with the timing of the lights that the hotel has no control over. Great place, great price and super cozy in the winter.

This has been our favorite place to stay to date! We came in September for my son’s 13th birthday trips stayed Monday-Friday. The staff were amazing! We loved the location and convenience. Having both an indoor and outdoor pool option was perfect for us as well! We have already planned to stay again next year!

I called and the lady said they only had one king room. I booked a double queen on Expedia right after. We were on the top floor so the sunrise and the mountain view was beautiful. The room was nice minus a few hairs we found.

Staff wonderful! Very friendly & Clean! Day or late night Manager out & about checking everything & safety. Breakfast could use 1 more pancake machine. Grounds so nice w/outside lounge areas along Little Pigeon River. Added bonus indoor & outdoor pools w/longer swim times. Thank you for great stay!!

The lobby was decorated nicely for Christmas. The rooms were nice, and we had plenty of towels and toiletries for our needs. We did not have to contact housekeeping for anything. Reasonable rates. Would definitely stay there again.

This motel has indoor and outdoor pool. The indoor pool has a Jacuzzi and is very convenient to anything in pigeon Forge. My family and I stayed here and it was a very good choice.
