Location. Perfect location for auto events. Near restaurants, convention center, and “The Island “. - all in walking distance.
Hotel’s policy on ADA compliance! Guests were allowed to park in marked handicapped curb cuts. Not just one but everyone at the facility. - we had to lift luggage carts up on 6” high sidewalk. Witnessed a lady confined to wheelchair being lifted from pavement level up on to sidewalk. Front desk stated there was nothing they could do about it.
YES THERE IS!! Follow Federal ADA compliance regulations.
Or look at the guest room number on parking permit; call room and tell them to move vehicle. Worst case tell then vehicle will be towed. After witnessing this fiasco, we flagged down police officer; he mentioned Fire Dept handled this. Fire Department one block away; they agree with the violations but said the Fire Marshall handled ADA violations. ( He would be back in on Monday.) Really!
I mentioned to one guest that he shouldn’t park in accessible curb cur area. His response, “Tough!” I won’t mention what state this vehicle was from but it starts with G.

In the middle of town. Everything was convenient
It was loud. Rooms were outdated. Hair in sink. Crack between door and wall. Light was coming through it.
